好心‘選‘好報。

昨晚和朋友去看了‘買冰淇林給你慈善演唱會‘。不錯的一個show。整場show眼濕了兩次。兩次都是在那些小朋友出來唱歌的時候。印像深刻的有兩段表演。李心潔唱‘自由‘和‘裙擺搖搖‘時，全場站起來一起high。第二段當然是阿蓮姐唱‘紙飛機‘和‘至少還有你‘。她的聲音真的美到 ~~~ toom一聲啊！
就像阿牛還是易傑齊所說的：“看玩了慈善演唱會，大家今晚一定很好睡！“果然，昨晚我一覺睡到天亮。但我想，一定只是我最近太累了吧？哈哈。


我知道我們做善事時，是不應該去想會回報的。
但如果在這裡‘假假‘開放給你選的話，你會選那一個？

a) 長命多十年

b) 好運二十年

c) 發達三十年

d) 靚足一輩子

身為‘外貌協會‘總會長的我，你應該不難知道我的選擇吧？哈哈。

萬聖節‘很‘快樂！

第一次join萬聖節的活動。
第一次畫著妝來教class。
第一次在gym裡給人家當‘鬼‘醬來看。
還有。。還有。。
的一次給醬多人輪著來‘姦‘。。opps不是，是‘輪‘著來拍照。
突然覺得自己好像superstar醬，頭頂上多了很多spotlights。
（我在locker room畫妝時還給人家'guat'，因為他無意間看到我，嚇了一跳。哈哈。還有還有。在外等class時，有個鬼妹跑來問我誰幫我畫的，怎樣畫的。因為她說很美。她萬聖節也要醬畫。真開心，有人欣賞我的作品。）

‘萬聖節‘真好玩！！！

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, tuan-tuan adan puan-puan serta pondans sekalian...

True Fitness is going to have an OPEN DAY on 31/10/2009 ( Saturday ). Everyone and anyone can come and workout or join the classes at all clubs. Can bring your friends la, families la, darlings la, satu kampung la... to join us there. Since it's on Halloween Day itself, we are going to change all the classes to Halloween themed classes. Means if possible, come with costume of makeups la. If you think that your face is scary enough, then just come like that la.. no need waste energy. ;p

FYI, i will be conducting a Halloween Dance Mania class at Jaya 33 at 12.45pm. Please come and support me by shaking the ass and pumping the chest together..;p
So, can you make it?

I don't mean to be rude, but i think we all ( i am constantly REMINDING myself ) should always think twice or at least get all the necessary infos before jumping into conclusion. Do you agree?

話說回來，我還對那些“一點點事就扯你的家人進來講“的人有點反感。一人做事一人當嘛。我有個原哲，我在laser人的時候只講當事人，絕對不會把親戚朋友拉進來。

跳針。吃帶

上個星期去和client開會時，不知道是因為緊張還是心急，一直不能講出話來。整個meeting都在那裡跳針。
原本想說 ：“我剛剛跟她說，今早有人稱贊你們的東西很好看。“ 但一直從復的講 ：剛剛早上。。不是不是。。早上剛才。。不是不是。。剛才今早。。不是不是。。
在那不是不是了有最少五次，連經理也笑我的casette殘舊了，做麼一直吃帶！真尷尬！


你會不會有纇似的‘跳針‘，或‘吃帶‘或‘吃螺絲‘的經驗呢？

事情發生在class裡。

跟大家問好之後，我們就開始做warm up。平時大家都會很專心的做。但不之到那裡來了幾位‘新姐姐‘，一直在候面講話。已經彎腰了，還是講不停。真的很煩跟很沒禮貌。暗示了兩次，還是不聽。心裡想，醬愛講話，就整妳們一下下。做到lower body的部份時，我突然叫大家一起劈腿拉筋。以為醬就可以讓她們收聲。誰知道。。。

她們每個境然真的給我劈下去！重點是：劈了腿，還是繼續講話！

好啦，沒辦法啦。
我沒話講啦。
這次只好到我收聲啦。。。

( This is a story from CK, a yoga & pilates instructor. Sorry arr CK, put you on stage this time ;p )

Me & CK were talking in the gym and then the manager came to us and said :

" Eh CK, got one member complained about you lah. She said you DIDN'T TOUCH her! " We were laughing like hell cos that's really funny and original.

Now i heard of lots of different reasons why a member complained. But this is the first time i heard for such reason. According to CK, she is a new member in the class. So he didn't g and adjust her posture like what he did to other member. Cos scared later she is not comfortable with that ma.. Furthermore, she is a TUDUNGed Malay lady. Where can simply touch? Later kena tangkap Pak Haji.. kena potong... DIE lah...;p

So i told CK, next time when she join the class, just grab her ass and move it around. Kasi dia syiok kau-kau. LOL ;p



I thought that those che-ches in my class in quite 'desperate', tak sangka there is actually more 'Desperate housewife' out there LOL ;p

那天舊同事聚會，談起了以前很‘興‘在公司裡辦‘趴‘。以下是我們以前的‘趴‘樣。


1. Diana's birthday
她最喜歡Matrix。所以大家就弄成了cyber樣。用垃圾袋剪出來的cyber look，好像是我弄的咧。哈哈。

2. Bobbi's birthday
大家好像很忙。只買了些氣球和print幾張紙來慶祝。

3. Su Yee's farewell
我們最高檔的同事，辦了個以Paris Hilton為主題的趴。還把她的樣子photoshop在Paris Hilton的magazine ad上來做海報。注意噢，有簽名的呢。哈哈。

4. Annual Dinner
一年一度奉旨扮０耶的大日子。主題是‘童話世界‘。我扮的是‘國王的新衣‘裡的國王。有沒有很‘口愛‘？;p


OK OK. 回到正題。那天和Biaomei還有Aunty Yas喝茶，說到Biaomei可能會辦個‘變裝生日趴‘。主題是８０和９０年代的fashion icon。我馬上想到的是MC Hammer。因為我已經有了扮黑人的先天條件。。。大嘴和厚唇！而且他的服裝很夠力jialat。。。carrot pants咧！！！應該會很好玩。

我來報夢？

I posted some entries regarding my weird and overly-creative dreams a few times already. But i think none of them is a FREAKY as the new one.

In my dream ...
I was shopping at Pavilion. Walk walk walk. Then went to the lower floor to look for someone. Who? You might ask. I went in a shop and walked straight to the fitting room and knocked the door. Asking the person inside the cubicle if the pants is ok.
Now comes the FREAKY part...
The door opened, and i saw myself walking out from the cubicle! It was me in the cubicle!!! Then 'i' ask 'me' if i look nice in that pants!!! Please take note! He is not my twins, he is Me myself! Cos twins is 2 person! But me and i are the same person!!!!
( sorry ya? i have to use exclamation mark all the way right after he opened the dorr. cos its too freaky liao...;p )

After class, 2 members ( A & B ) came to me.

Member A : Danny, do you know if there's any studio teaching suffer ahh? My eldest son want to learn lah.

Me : Err... ( processing ) That one i don't know la. If he wants to learn Hip hop or Latin then i can introduce lah.

Member A : No worr.. he and his classmates only interested in suffer. What is that actually. Maybe next us you teach us suffer lah.

Me : Haha.. sorry lorr.. i dunno worr. OK lah, see you two next week. Bye.

因為食物中毒，休息了兩三天。所有的class都cancel了。門也不出的。只留在家裡什麼都不做，完全的放鬆，放空！每晚十點左右就上床睡覺。以為好好的休息幾天，就可以好好的開始工做。那知道。。。

我承認我是犯賤的。
昨天去教class時，感覺有點陌生，教得不是很順。
回來想寫blog，有了主題，但就是沒有像之前的醬滔滔不絕的想法。

我其實不是個喜還休息的人。念書時不喜歡學校假期。工作時不喜歡太多太長的假期。可能不喜歡那被打斷的mood吧。喜歡一直動的感覺。醬才覺得productive。還是我其實是怕休息後的我變懶散？

人家說，休息是為了走更長的路。
但我的case，休息後我通常會迷路！哈哈。

倒了。

昨晚吃了碗curry mee，晚上十一點多就開始上吐下瀉。吐了３次，瀉了無數次。早上看了醫生，吃了藥。但還是需要set up兩個地方。晚上的class也找人replace了。
整個人很無力。從原本的64kg 瀉到今早的61.5kg。 真要人命。這樣的瘦法，我還真的不想要！！！

OK, i need to go to sleep liao. Haven't been sleeping since last night.
Hopefully everything will be fine later. ;(

跳什麼鬼舞啊？

接到通知，月尾gym會有場Halloween party。而我們每人都會教一set舞來應景。大家都知道Thriller by MJ 是Halloween party的大熱門。我也知道已經有人會用這首歌了。所以，為了不撞歌，我必需選別的歌來跳。

但鬼知道，原來鬼歌也這麼難選噢！很煩啊！目前手上的歌單有：

還有什麼歌是可以在Halloween party裡跳的呢？

Feel like partying ...

那天喝茶，朋有都一直叫我和他們去clubbing。我真的很久沒clubbing了。最少有５年了。不知道為什麼，好樣已經沒有那個衝動了。

可能現在的我，心境大不同。不會像以前的每個星期打卡似的報到。為了晚上去玩，白天就開始做準備。或可能我身材已走樣，所以沒勇氣在去和那些年輕人拼了。又或著我現在一個星期跳８個class，所以不想再去做同樣的東西。

但有樣東西我還蠻好奇的。
如果５年沒去的我現在去，遇見那些很久不見的wet友，他們對我說的第一句話會是什麼呢？

是 ：好久不見，還好嗎？

還是 ：哇！好久不見。你還沒死啊？哈哈。

血染的風采

I always got sensitive gum problem. Whenever i brush my teeth, most of the time it will end up bleeding. So last night, it happened again. Since i got nothing to do, i just let it bleed and just to see how much it can bleed. Shockingly, it CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN really bleed !!!

And i found my theme song for my gums.... Bleeding Love , Leona Lewis. ;p

今天什麼 DAY ？

The day you were born = BIRTHday
The day you don't have to work = HOLIday
The day everything went wrong = SALAHday !!!

I am slightly late for my class. So i hurry up grab my backpack and wear my sport shoes. Suddenly, one of the shoe-lace snapped while i was trying to tie a knot. DAMN ( #1). No choice, i quickly put on my old sport shoes and run. ( fyi, the color of the shoes is totally SALAH with what i was wearing).

When i hit KESAS highway, it was so jam. DAMN ( #2). Got accident. But luckily still reached the gym 30 mins earlier. ( fyi, i normally reach gym 1hr earlier, so that i can workout and mark the dance steps ).

As i was marking the steps in the studio, suddenly i heard a tearing sound. DAMN ( #3). There seam at the crotch of my pants burst. Its only 15 mins before class lerr... Die la die la...So i quickly ask help from the GX head to ask if i can borrow any pants from the staff. Then she found someone with extra pants in the locker. He is a Personal Trainer with at least 180cm height and very muscular..HAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR????? Bo pien.. no time to go out to buy liao... just wear la. FYI, i have to roll up the waist ban twice !!! ;p


There you go, my not so VOGUE dancing attire for the 1st time. So uncomfortable teaching n dancing with shorts. And the old sport shoes was so slippery as the sole is worn.DAMN ( #4 ).
SO SALAH !!!
