The whole class was shouting "F", which i was told that's the way the exercise the breathing. Call me 'sua ku' or no manners" but i just can't concentrate on the discussion anymore. I was trying very hard to hold my laugh cos the "F-ing" thing is really hilarious to me. Of all alphabets or words, why "F"?
Any yoga people here can explain why?
Maybe i should create my own warm up style in my class huh?
