Yup, it's the time of the year again. I'm currently busy presenting ideas to clients on Christmas display for their stores. Cos we normally start dressing up the Christmas display in mid November in retail line. So have to start the proposals now and hopefully all firmed by end of the month.
But i'm running out of ideas. Help me out.
What are the things that you can think of when i say ..
" CLASSIC CHRISTMAS " ?
Sometime si think it's easier to do something out of the box. Cos doing something classic yet different from other is quite ( very ) challenging.
Classic mistletoe tradition? Mannequins kissing each other, hehe... :P

DeleteColorful and bright lighting please!!! Shop nowadays dont really decorate that much~ forget about theme... even lightings are like so rare...

haha.. if want to be Classic, means can't escape the staple colours of red, green and white!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I think of Christmas, I just picture the contrast of hot and cold... like the warmth of a family reunion with hot cocoa and gingerbread fresh out the oven, while being surrounded by the coldness and whiteness of winter haha!
Other things that come to mind: Reindeers, Sleigh, Snowman, the Grinch (lol), Santa!, and lots and lots of presents!! :P
i think it's quite difficult to run away from the red n green combo .. cos it's classic..

i like that combo btw :)
Thinking of doing a green and silver theme for my house this year. Will check out what's on offer at the stores this year. Have done quite a lot of different combos.

i guess classic xmas.. is when u get that homey feeling for xmas.. warm lighting.. reindeers.. lots of red n green n white.. not those colored theme ones.. thats too modern d.. colorful sweaters wit snowman.. fire place.. cookies.. turkeys.. =) at least thats my fave xmas.. n thats how i deco my house every year =)
