15 mins.

I like to sit down in front of the tv 15 minutes before going to bed. This is to 'relax' my mind . ( But normally end up dreaming about things that i jut saw . lol ;p )

So what's the last thing you do before going to bed?
( besides brushing teeth or going to toilet ;p )

  4. Recently I started meditating right before bed because I haven't been sleeping very well.. and it actually helps a lot!

    I just sit on the bed, close my eyes, and keep my mind focused on the breathing.. the idea is to not think about anything at all and let go of everything.. Initially it was damn difficult because my mind would wander off and I start thinking about many things.. but after some practice it actually calms my mind so well.. :P

    The duration varies.. I do it until I feel like I've achieved sufficient calmness.. then when I open my eyes I look at the clock haha... usually like 10-15 minutes ;)

  5. make sure I had done evting that need to be done for that day and try to reflect if there is still unsolved problem

  6. so many stuffs which I do before I sleep! Metta sending, sometimes book, sometimes off the laptop, sometimes you-know-when-we-need-it, and sometimes just before-sleep-dream.

  7. Reflect on the day's activity, plan/imagine what to accomplish for tomorrow... then let the mind wonders then sleep~
