To me, a real bitch is usually a nice person. They will only act bitchy way when it's needed and necessary. While a bitch-wannabe will constantly say or act bitchily, just trying to grab more attention from others. Also to repeatedly remind them that he/she is ... bitchy. And normally they all all talking and not much acting/doing.
