教class的時間不算長，只有兩年多。但這兩年來，也了教不少讓members很滿意和喜還的dance steps。印像比交深刻的有 ：

還有最近剛教的Gimme Gimme Gimme ( Mamma Mia Soundtrack ),授到很多member的喜愛。有點70's Disco Dancing的feel。很high，由其是chorus部分的steps更加好玩。大家都邊唱邊跳。

我class的那班姐姐們多麼高興。每次叫我repeat, 我笑她們是Desperate Housewives。她們更高興。看到members滿意，我也很滿足。正明沒白廢心机。

最長的一小時。。。

Conducted my very first Belly Jam class the other day. To be honest, i was so nervous in that class. Cos it's something that i'm not very familiar with. My mind even went blank at once while i was shaking my hip. And my, that 60 minutes was like forever. One of the most tiring ( mental ) class i ever conducted.

The feedback? Some liked my style, and some doubted my ability. I know it's hard to please everybody. But i'll try to do it better in the next session. Thanks to my members who came to support me. And also your precious comments. :)


再好的車,偶而也會有‘加油‘和‘打氣‘的需要。

發生了什麼事？

Suppose to get something from IKEA for my client today. So i thought maybe i can drop by IKEA in the morning before i go back to Klang. Reached IKEA before 11am. And it was so crowded.

How come people go there so early? Since when IKEA is the must-go place for families on Sunday morning? I thought crowded places should be bah kut teh or dim sum shop.Or are they selling Bah Kut Teh & Dim Sum in their cafe? Cos thats what we normally go for on Sunday morning. ;p


I still think the best bah kut teh is from Klang. My Sunday brunch must-have.

我要做Model？別傻啦。以我醬出眾的臉孔和飆青的身材，有人要看才怪。話說，我有位朋友第一次去gym要join我的class。他一見到我第一句話就是 ：

他 ：你在schedule裡的名字很glamour囉。很像supermodel。

我： 那裡有？

他 ：有啊~ Danny H. 。很像香港的Amanda S., Lisa S. 和Ana R.。哈哈。

我： 癡線。

Ada betul?

There are million of things that we do everyday. It's either things that we WANT to do or we HAVE to do. I consider myself lucky, as i can choose to do things that i want to ( at least till now ). And i am happy and grateful for that.

It might sound a bit SELFISH to you cos i only do things for myself. But i don't really think so. As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, why should we stop doing things that will make us happier? And for that, i called it ~

" SELF-HELP & SELF-CHEER "

New Kid On The Block

Received a call from the GX Head, asking me if i can do some replacement classes for the coming Fridays. As an individual who need and love money very much, of cos i agreed. Then i asked her what is the class.

OMG! ( Here comes my God again ;p ). It's actually BELLY JAM. I did some MTV classes using Arabian songs before but it's different from this, although i have no problem doing body ripple ( some called it wave ) and butt shaking. This is totally new to me. Or is it they can see the potential in me... cos MY BELLY IS GETTING MORE AND MORE OBVIOUS?!

I guess i can say that 2008 is quite productive for me. As i've signed up for the BODY JAM training in November to diversify my portfolio. And now Belly dance.


Never imagine myself become like him, but who knows? ;)

之前和朋友談起他的的近況。換了新公司已經兩年多了，還是沒有很好的表現。雖然很用功，但都沒引起老板的注意。

記得有看過一個article，是和成功密決有關。

50% 用功
20% 運气
20% 應變能力
10% 關係

所已要成功，就要有以上４項的配和。不要老是埋頭苦幹，到頭來還是沒收獲。

To judge or not to judge?

Do not judge a book by it's cover...

I know it's not right to judge something or someone just based on the surface or the outlook. But i have to admit that i am more attracted to nice things. After all, we are just human beings. Who wants to have a dull monotone thing when we can have it in colors? But of course, different people different preference.



不瞞你說，ＫＫ稱呼我為“外貌協會“的會長。但他也好不了那裡﹣‘外貌協會‘的Chief Secretary。哈哈。有誰要加入我們呢？

我有今日

Was at KLCC today to meet up with a client. Since is running late, i went in Isetan to kill my time. Nothing much that attracted my attention. Mainly because no mood and money to shop. But suddenly i saw a familiar face. It was Joanne.

Still remember that we used to went for the new staff orientation during Isetan KLCC opening back in 1998. I was the Visual Presentation Artist and she was a cashier. And when i saw her today, she is still a cashier. Not sure what happened to her in 10 years time. But she seems happy with her job.

Look at me. I have changed a lot in the past 10 years. Or shall i say - developed. Be it good or bad. But sometimes i still miss the good old happy times when i don't have a lot of problems or responsibilities to bear. Everything was so easy then.....



It was one of the hit song in 1998. We played it over and over again in the mall. Everyone called me Danny Boy, thanks to this song!

Someone was going thru some problem.

Me : You have to stay strong.

Someone : I will try. But what will i get if i stay strong? ( Trying to be greedy )

Me : You'll get the 'ER'.

Someone : Huh?

Me : If you stay strong, you will eventually become strong'er'. THAT'S ALL !
( roll eyes, cos malas nak layan ;p )

‘廢‘府之言

以下的entry純屬用肺來寫的。

之前在gathering裡玩了個有夠廢的遊戲。就是利用你的creativity，創作出‘三級電影‘的名字。但名字裡不可已有任何粗口。想想好像還蠻容意的。所已，我們又加了個條件，就是要有本土的element，要夠local。真的有很多很攪笑的名字。但只記得幾個。

我又想太多了？

I was downloading the songs from Mamma Mia's soundtrack this morning. One of the song is my favourite ~ ' Take a chance on me '. But somehow there's some error with the song, that it keeps on repeating the fist line, which is...

" IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND .... IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.... IF YOU CHANGE ..."

Suddenly, i felt something. Is it an omen or message for me? Cos i've been thinking a lot about my job lately. Trying to figure out if i need to do some changes on it. Or it's just an coincidence...? Or, it's me.. thinking too much...AGAIN?

Hope that it will be over..real soon.

10:30pm的觀後感：
憑我的dramatic expressions,境然有蠻多個鏡頭。但，都不覺的好看而且很賤。算了吧，反正我都‘無靚過‘。
還有還有，我終於怜悟到一個事實 ~ 我真人比上電視。。。。。友善得多。哈哈。

Seafood Extravaganza

Just when i thought that the crowd level at Mid Valley is horrible, the situation at Sunway Pyramid really opened my eyes.

Went to Sunway Pyramid in the afternoon. Was quite lucky cos i found a vacant parking lot in less than 5 minutes. But once i stepped in the mall... OMG!!! ( 我的GOD又出場啦。哈哈。) There's people everywhere! But i guess the only difference between MV and SP is that SP actually turned to a giant buffet restaurant. And what's on the menu? Yes ~ "SEAFOOD" !!!!!!

They served :
~ spicy & colorful lala
~ sweet & kawaii ikan pari
~ grill & sexy kerang bakar
~ last but not least, steam & soft sotong

Ice skating rink? No no no. Its a pond with varieties of fresh seafood ! :)

滿到。。。

Was so bored at home today. Decided to go workout at Mid Valley in the afternoon. Cos i thought there won't so crowded as most of the people already went back to their kampung.

Mana tau...大錯特錯，不要來，侮辱我的美。。。

Once i reached Mid Valley, most of the entrances to the carpark are closed. Cos it's FULL ! 1st day of RAYA le.. FULL!!! Luckily i managed to find one which is still open. Then i went to the gym. OMG! Gym is even worse! There's so many people that you basically have to queue for the machine.

After workout, went to take my car. OMG again! ( "My God" 今天很忙，一直給我叫來叫去 ;p) I can see a long queue of cars from Level 5 till the entrance. So i waited for about 30mins to get out from the mall.

But one thing i still don't understand. How come Mid Valley can be so crowded but The Gardens is still so 'spacious'?

You DRIVE me crazy !

這幾天很火滾。（多得那些‘包頭‘的driver ）
過年不是‘大晒‘。駕車就可已亂來。

聽好：
SIGNAL是轉彎前給的，不是在轉時才給!
不是給了SIGNAL就馬上可已轉彎!!
還有，沒轉彎就不要亂亂給SIGNAL!!!

可知道，當你們興高彩烈的salam來salam去的時候，
