Went for lunch with Yasmin, Winni and another friend last week. And this is Yasmin's story ...

 She went for breakfast with another friend at a kopitiam. Since it's full house, so they shared a table with a woman and a little girl. As usual, they chat while enjoying the food. And suddenly, the little girl said ..

" Cannot talk while eating. "

Errr .. they looked at each other and stopped talking, just concentrate on eating. And you know how we like to share food with each other, and again, the girl said ..

" Cannot take people's food. "

The breakfast is getting more and more stressful for both of them. No talking, can't share food. ;(
Then when the mother and little girl about to leave, the mother tried to be nice ( maybe in a way to apologize ) to them by asking the girl to tell them walk she is going ..

" Tell korkor and cheche where are we going. "
" We are going for shopping later . "

Then Yasmin and her friend went all Miss Congeniality by replying the little girl ..

" Oh really? Good." ( with a smile )

After listening to her story, me and Winni ( who think and act alike ) laughed at their response. Cos both of us will say to that girl ..

Me : Who cares? ( roll eyes if necessary )
Winni : So? ( no need any face expression )

Now you know who is the bitchier one in our group huh? LOL ;p

But if you are in that scenario, what would  be your response to that girl?

I was at 1U doing my window display, when i saw a mother and her 2 teenage girls passed by. The 2 girls were wearing something trendy and casual, suitable for their age and look. Then the mom .. a Hello Kitty short dress! Err.. Isn't it slightly too young for her?

Is there any cartoon/animation character that you like to put on and totally pulling them off?
For me, i think i like to stick with the classic .. i.e.. Mickey Mouse or something from the same group... Astro Boy and Angry Bird is just TOO YOUNG for me. ;p

Went to the appreciation dinner of my clients company last nite. They placed all the choreographers from different team at the same table. So being us, we viewed the performance videos and shared some thoughts and comments. When they saw my team's performance, some of them told me that they liked what i did, some of the ideas and execution. I looked at them and felt incredibly uncomfortable.

FYI, i don't really like getting compliments, unless i personally think that i deserve it. Maybe i don't have faith in myself, or my self confidence is too low. I always compare myself with others, and looking down to myself. But after last nite's conversation, maybe i am too harsh on myself. Maybe " diriku memang ( ada ) berharga" . LOL ;p

"You is kind, you is smart, you is important." A very wise and meaningful quote from The Help that i like very much. I will be saying that to myself at the mirror every morning from now on. You should too. ;)

class of 1959.

I've been super busy with projects for the past few weeks. Today is my only 'off' day as i will start to do the Raya display starting tomorrow. ( can't complain, better than no job :p )

Finally, the show project is over, and the result? Hmm .. we got consolation prize. But i heard that there's people felt that we actually deserve a better position .. Top 3 ( err.. me think so ). We didn't won the heart of the judges, but we got supports from the audiences ( that's the biggest consolation for getting a consolation prize ;p ) 

Good job to the whole team .. for the non stop practise since end of May. They really worked hard, and sometimes kena from me buta-buta. LOL. And good job to me as well for pushing myself to another level. I think we all agree that this performance is definitely better than last year. ( FYI, i've been sick and having insomnia for the past few days stressing on it ).

But think we all had fun, and hope to do it again next year ( if they decided to use we again la ;p )

By the by, remember the 'jinx' thing from the previous post? Yup, we got everything that is scary for all the people in showbiz. Half way thru the rehearsal, 1 person resigned. Then another guy hurt his back ( can't even get up from bed, mc for days ) followed by shoulder pain, pulled ligament and ankle pain by otehrs. Closer to the showday, some started to get sick ( including me ). That's not it. 3 days before actual show date, the father of the LEAD ACTOR got admitted to hospital and he have to go back to his hometown. Then costume supplier gave us a SHOCK last minute with their 'design'. And the last day of venue rehearsal, someone's cat got sick, can't attend. You say la, stress or not? But it's all over now, and i enjoyed every bit of it. :)

Siapa punya company nak buat staff performance/ competition for annual dinner? CALL ME. :)

There's this girl that i work with. One day, i saw her with a new hairstyle, slightly different from how she do her hair everyday. With the bling-bling hair clips.

Me : Ooh, new hairstyle huh?
( out of courtesy, i told her that her new look is nice. cos it's very rude to notice that and didn't say anything about it ;p padahal, doesn't suit her at all. and she look 'lian' with the new look )

Then, she came to work with that 'lian' look for 2 weeks now. Every time i see her, i have to control myself not to tell her the truth. You think i should?

Talking about minimum, my aunt got 2 dogs. The 1st dog is Max, second is Min. When i asked her why Min? ( cos "Max" is a "name", but not "Min".. her answer was 1st one is Max(imum) .. so second one is Min(imum) lor. No reason. lol ;p

Ever wonder why some people ( definitely not me. cos i think it's rude ) like to call the Indians ~ 'KELING'?  So far i only got 2 explanations from 2 non-Indian friends :

Friend 1 :
There were a lot of Indian slaves years ago, and they were chained to the metal chain. So when they move, the banging chain will create the 'kling-klang'( keling ) sound.

Friend 2 :
It's from their culture ! classical Indian dance where dancers wear lots of wrist and ankle bell to create the 'kling-klang' ( keeling ) sound when they dance.

Anybody knows any other or the actual story of the name?

My friend got to know this girl from a website. They have been texting each other every night for 3 weeks. And based on their conversation, it seems they are comfortable with each other.. quite serasi la konon. They have never met each other but did exchanged contact number. The problem is, this girl refused to chat on the phone with my friend. So my friend is trying to figure out what is the real reason of her not wanting to talk.

Me : Maybe she is not single lerr? Maybe she is married?

Him : I asked her, she said she is single. I trust her.

Me : Did you ask her if that is her latest photo in the profile? Maybe she is now a totally different lerr?

Him : I did, and she said that is her recent pics.

Me : I know i know, maybe she got very strange voice lerr? Maybe very deep like a man... or extremely high like chipmunks lerr? Haha..

Him : I thought of that as well. But i don't think that's the real reason.

It's Sunday, sleep late ( at least till 10am ). Then shower and head back to Klang. That's what i thought will be, when i went to bed last night.

Then came Sunday morning, i opened my eyes .. ahh .. just 8.03am. 2 more hours to go. 8.30am .. 8.45am .. 9.12am .. i just can't continue the sleep. Maybe i'm already used to the new daily routine, which requires me to wake up at 8.30am, then go for the rehearsal at 9.30am.

I always envy those who can wake up late .. real late .. like 3pm the next day late. :p

Went dinner at 1U last night. Reached there early, so decided to do some destress therapy ( shopping la, apa lagi? ;p ) while waiting. Walked and walked. The more i shopped, the angrier i got. Cos i dunno what to buy OR have nothing to buy. At the end, i didn't buy anything. Geramnyer! Thought can destress, now i lagi stressed!

It happened when i was in college.

I was supposed to get my passport done, but just realized the night before that i forgot to take photo for it. So the next morning, i woke up early and waited for the photo studio to open. Did the photoshoot and express printing lagi.

When the staff passed me the photos, he asked me a strange question ..

Him : You just woke up issit?

Me : Yeah. Why?

Him : No la. It's just your face...

I looked at my photo, OMG. My face was so tembam. It looked like some sponge with full water in it. Totally not vogiu at all. Luckily that passport expired years ago. Now my passport's picture is so vogiu. ;p

Completed one my job last Saturday, and now rushing for the VM of a store opening this Friday. And of cos, the stress still carry on...

Had so many weird dreams lately. Last week with the expired food dream. Yesterday, i got another dream which is scary for me ... SPM dream. If it's BM, English or art paper, then i'm still ok. But it was one of my weakest subject Modern Maths ( actually i'm also weak in Sejarah, Add Maths, Kimia, Biologi & Fizik lah ;p ). I looked at the questions and totally shocked. So many signs that i don't understand.

Was doing an event last night. I'm training a group of staffs for an opening gambit for the annual dinner. Minutes before the big opening, we were all busy doing final touch up backstage.

Then we heard the emcee announcing the starting of the event ... with everyone standing up and sing the Negaraku. I was surprised, cos those people ( staffs ) at backstage ( where nobody can see us )  actually stood still when the song was played. So the patriotic! Then they sang the company's song. And the staffs continued singing and clapping to the song. I was the odd one running up and down ( not standing still like everyone else ;p ) adding stuffs on the performers. The evil in me even tried to tease the staffs so that they move with me. LOL

Honestly, what will you do when you hear the national song?
Stop or carry on with whatever you are doing?

locker room dream.

Got a super weird dream last night.

I just finished my class and walking towards my locker in the changing room. It seems that someone just opened my locker and put something in. Instead of getting name cards or love letters ( how i wish ;p ) i saw tones of food when i opened the locker ..  and it's all in separate packaging. Mentang-mentang i dah ringan sikit, everybody wants to belanja me makan huh? ;p

Then i check the info/content on each packaging. To my horror, they all have the same problem ... date expired!

Supposed to go for a morning meeting today, but got canceled last minute. Stayed at home. Suddenly i'm lost, dunno what to do. Maybe i'm already used to the hectic schedule for the past few weeks with one thing after another to rush. A sudden-break is kinda shocking. :(

BTW, remember how i complaint on gaining weight after my Australia trip? I was around 63kg before the trip and have never step on the weighing machine since i cam back till yesterday. Looking at my ( much looser shape as compared to before ) body, i am hoping for it to not go over 65kg ( cos that will be the new high if my weight ). Guess what? I actually lost weight! And i'm now 61ish kg. Thanks to all the non stop walking in Sydney & Gold Coast and all the work stress after i came back. Thank God, i didn't gain any weight, i just have a loose body ( haha ;p ) So now i can happily celebrate with makan besar. LOL ;p

My beautiful Monday morning was destroyed by a call, a call from that fat bitch!

It was 9.35am and i'm still in my bed ( jangan jeles ;p ) and suddenly my phone rang. I answered. It's fat bitch, with another annoying request!

FYI, we agreed on the package rate when we started the job. Halfway through, she asked for some discount. I agreed not to charge the extra rehearsal sessions ( complimentary session lah konon ;p ). Then she asked to reduce the charges from RM7110 to RM7000. OK la.. i bagi jeerrr.. malas nak discuss lagi. And this morning, she wants me to itemized the package and decided to take out a few of the items! Which part of the word 'package' that she doesn't understand huh? Of cos i still make profit from the job, but much lesser now. :(

First she oversold her male colleagues. Then she gave me a mission impossible to make an oil tank looks like hour glass. And now she's cutting down my budget. Hmm.. ini tak boleh jadi... i must do something.. show her the consequence of messing with me. Maybe i should take revenge!

After shower, i looked at the mirror, and it hit me. I should not do that. I am a professional, and i should act like one. So i decided to give her my professional ... revenge. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA..

I met up with a new client ( that fat bitch ;p ) few weeks ago, talking on me training the staffs for their annual dinner. I think she was very confident with her staffs ( or herself ). She requested for a superb performance. I remembered what she said to me in the meeting ...

" I just want something that is so great that people will talk about it after the dinner. If your want, the guys can go topless. They are all very fit and muscular. "

So, i pun suka-suka planned something boomz for the show la. Mana tau, the 1st rehearsal when i met all the guys.... map oooiii... Fit and muscular? My ass! I can only imagine 2 out of 7 of them go topless... that is also because that they are skinny ( not fit ya ;p ). The rest, so he meat market, with high cholesterol one. Not sure if she is really blind ( or got no taste ). Or she is just trying to take revenge on the guys. ;p

My head is super sensitive. It gets dizzy quite easily. if i'm sitting on a linked chair and someone at the other end is shaking their legs, i'll feel dizzy. It's quite normal for me to vomit every time i travel ( car, bus, ship or plane ). And it's common for me to feel like vomiting when sitting at the back seat at other people's car. Dunno why. I'm just super sensitive over the top. Ahhh... maybe it's just some divaish sickness heh? ;p

long grey.

I've been growing grey hair since my late 20's and it's getting worse when i'm in stress .. like now. I was so proud with my dark full hair when i was younger. And now, i can just patiently plucking my grey hair every time i look at the mirror.

But sometimes i thought maybe i should just enjoying having them. Maybe i can stop cutting my hair and let the grey hair grow. And in 10 years time, i'll tie them up ( ponytail style ) .. just like Karl Lagerfeld. Vogiu gitew. ;p

I only bought 1 ( ONE ) souvenir for myself from the Australia trip. It's a stuffed kangaroo made of leather. Not those typical kangaroo or koala plush toys that we normally see. It's simple and nice, just like me ( ;p ). Check out the simplicity of the details .. no eyes, no paws, etc.

Now, can anyone guess what is the actual function/ usage of this leather-roo? :)

Not going to post long stories or vogiuly annoying pictures of mine ( padahal tak banyak ambik pun ) from the trip. Just a few things that i think worth sharing ...

If you are a person with low self esteem ( like me ;p ), you'll love Australia ( or at least Sydney ). Cos they  are super nice and friendly, and most of all .. honest.

Cashier at Woolworth : Do you need a plastic bag?
Me : Nope, it's ok.
Cashier : That's beautiful. ( i know she's not talking about how i look, but i don't care. i'll take the compliment ... my way ;p )

A stranger in the hotel lift not sure how to use the door card and button thing, so i helped him. Guess what he said? ( lol ;p )
Him : Oh Beautiful. Thanks mate. ( again, i'll take that compliment .. my way ;p )

One day kena say beautiful few times, how lah the self esteem won't shoot up the sky ler? ;p

Then met up with a beautiful blogger ~ Malimo, ( thought can meet LeoNut as well, didn't know that he is in Melbourne. so LeoNut, we meet next time la? insya allah ) a nice guy who smiled a lot and surprised that i was not as bitchy as in the blog ( 1st impression ;p ). The 2nd time we met he brought us out with his wheel ( to me it's a canggih car ). Suddenly felt like diriku begitu berharga. (;p) Got to know him a bit more. Nice knowing you Malimo. :)

Went to the MovieWorld in GoldCoast and did something that i thought i'll never do ~ rode 4 different  roller coaster in one shot. FYI, i'm a easily pening then vomit person. Naik 1 coaster pun boleh mampus type of person. But i did 4 that day, super proud of myself.
( Safety tips when riding a roller coaster : Try go on the coaster with kids ( preferably girls ), so that you can literally scream your lung out like a little girl and no one will know. LOL ;p )

Supposed to go for a hot air balloon ride, but got cancelled due to the and weather. Tapi takpe la.. i'm sure there will be such opportunity next time.

So, that's my report for the trip.

I came back from the morning class and saw a few Malay kids ( primary school ) playing at the lobby. They are playing the " Simon Says " game, but in Malay version : " Cikgu Kata ". It's so nice to see them playing an authentic kids game, than playing with some iPhone of iPad.

While waiting for the lift, i watched them played...

" Cikgu Kata, lompat. " ( all jumped )

Do you think that we should/must use a Hindi/Tamil song to do a Bollywood dance? Don't you think that it's too stereotype? Cos i did some shows with Bollywood choreos using pop songs and it's really nice. And there's surprise element in it.

I did a Bollywood choreography last week ( for 6 dance classes ). I think the members loved it, cos some of them asked me the name of the song after the class. Everything was ok until the 6th class when a che-che came to me and told me that the song does not suit the steps, and i should use Hindi songs ( she gave me some samples from Shah Rukh Khan, and bla bla bla ) cos other instructor used those songs to do Bollywood dance. I told her i have those songs. I just try not to use the same songs by other instructor so that we won't clash on the steps ( and also there won't be any comparison ~ not that i'm not confident with my steps ;p ). But most of all, i told her that i DIDN'T like those songs that she suggested. She got so offended and just walked away.

Why old people likes to give 'friendly suggestions' ( that you should follow wether you like it or not ;p )? And why they are so stubborn and refuse to listen to other people's thought?
I guess she didn't realize that i am ALSO an old people myself. LOL ;p

Yes.. i've been bzzzzzing not stop these few days, like a vogiu bee  ..
Busy dealing with that demanding diva. Kept asking me to change the details.

The filming crew still filming kat bawah lagi. Really hard to sleep with them shouting and slapping and.. firing gunshot ( kelas gitu ) at 3am. Light sleeper like me mana boleh tahan? Really need more sleep. ;(

Also busy getting medicine for my headache and body ache ..
yelah..dah tua... memang kena pergi pharmacy more often. ;p

It's Friday again.

happenings.

Went for the meeting/ presentation yesterday and got the project. Yay! But this year is slightly more challenging that before, cos i need to work with another diva in the team. Sigh. :(

The guy came to fix the Unifi at my home. And i got my 1st choice of the ID. But horr.. dunno which stupid fellow that reti baca, made a typo error.. So instead of dannygaga.. my ID now is ..

Got a extremely scary dream last night. Nope, nothing to do with ghost. It was about how my family was abused and gone crazy! And guess who was the abuser? ... ME!!! Why? What's wrong with me? I actually woke up in the middle of the night and with tears. Cos it's to scary to see you make your loved ones suffer! :(
( My friend always said that i should go to see psychiatrist cos i'm crazy. And now i think i should. I want to be a happy person! )

I came back to my condo after the class. And i saw a bunch of people at the lobby. There's lightings, cameras, wiring all around. They were shooting!

I wanted to go to the mailroom pretending checking my mails, but ken a block by the crew. Ada ke patut? Dia orang ni buta ke apa? Tak nampak ke ni Ampang Next Top Model tengah nak buat surprise cameo untuk movie dia? ;p

By the by, i cuma talk talk only. Cos i am shy to masuk tv. One time i was suppose to be interviewed for a segment, but right after the director shouted action ... my face turned red. Buat malu aje. ;p

Before going in the studio, the members asked me what song are we going to dance. I wanted to say Justin Bieber, but my mind was thinking Justin Timberlake. So end up i told them :
" Live My Life, by Far East Movement featuring Justin Bieberlake. "
Oh malunya ;p

Then in the class, i told them ..
" 2 step to the right and add a body loll. "
And they laughed again.
" Aiya soli soli. My Cina suddenly came out. Body roll. Haha . ;p )

2 times within an hour. So the memalukan.
But horr, do you think if any of the member will that it's 'adorable' ler?

I was chatting with a friend the other day. Half way the conversation, he started to hum and sing a song that is not familiar to me. But i tak bother to ask la. Then suddenly he asked :

" Eh, i wonder what happened to Shakira now? "

" Huh? "

" Shakira la. I just sang her song la, bodoh. "

" Huh? That was Shakira? ( suddenly remembered the lyrics ) Wow! You killed the song .. in a baaaaaaad way. I hardly recognize it when you don't follow the melody at all. You tone deaf issit? "

" You bitch! You are not very nice. "

" Of cos i'm not. I'm vogiu. Haha ;p "

Do you have this kind of friend around you?
How to tell a tone-challenged person that he/she is having that problem .. in a polite/ nice way?
( but must make sure he/she dapat the message wor ;p )

I went to my clients company for a meeting and my client ( also my friend ) told me that they have a new male colleague that she would like me to meet. According to her, he is good looking and she is eyeing on him. But when i saw him... FAIL.
Why? Cos he got those pre-set kau-kau shinny hairstyle. Taufan datang rambut pun still maintain the shape. ;p

I once saw a guy in the changing room applying his hair products after shower. Mak oooiiiii.. macam nak bukak salon. At leads 5 items .. gel, spray, etc and it took him 20 mins to 'set' his hair. Really dunno how they have the patience to apply the stuff one by one. :(

I was at the changing room getting ready fro the class when i realized someone is bitch-staring at me. I look dup, it was the bitchy-faced ( but very friendly ) instructor. It's his style/ signature to bitch stare people. So i jokingly warned him ..

" Eh, you try bitch stare at me one more time, i sumpah your eyes turned juling ( cockeye ). See how you bitch stare anymore la. Huh. ;p "

" Ah haahaha.. that's so mean but so funny. I like.... "


Another story...
There's a girl in my group who always tell us that she knows lots and lots of people. Whenever we go, there will be someone that she'll say hello to. She's the Miss Congeniality / Friendship / Goodwill of our group. So another bitchy friend of mine trying to put a curse on her.

" I wish one day when she wakes up and go out, nobody will recognize and say hello to her. Sure she'll die. Hahahaha . "

Very mean, scary for her but so funny to imagine that. ;p

Now, with the very limited info about myself here, what do you think will be the meanest curse on me? Haha.. i know i know.. i'm asking doing a suicide mission here. ;p

There's few words ( not necessarily bad ) that i don't like to be associate with me. I get very annoying when people describe me using those words. For example ..

choi!!! never ever say i look slim when you see me .. pantang lah.. cos i'll eat more when i think i got slimmer. :(

ok.. this one depends on when and who said it. i certainly think that i am fierce and sexy when i'm dancing. but if you tell me i'm sexy when i'm shopping ... i cannot accept la ;p

Something from my own observation.

Older people likes to express their feelings/ thoughts tanpa segan silu to others. Cos i think we 'younger people' likes to do that behind the back. (:P) This is what i saw from the che-che group in my class. If they don't like you dance style, they'll tell you right away. If they think you new hairstyle is not trendy enough ' for them', they'll tell you in right at your face.

You see, i never tell her that she's too old for high school girl fringe hairstyle, or her workout outfit with the 'color-blind' theme. I only share it with you guys here. Haha ;p

I went for a foot massage the other day when the fat uncle next to me fell asleep and started to snore. It was very loud and annoying but me and the messieurs juts kept quiet and let him sleep. Then came this auntie customer, and the first thing she said was :
" Wah... so loud! " ( in a very loud and clear tone ;p )
It was so funny that i have to cover my face with the cushion but my shoulder was shaking trying not to laugh out loud. ;p
