... is when you see a bunch of small girls ( aged 4 - 8 years old ) doing body roll, hip swing, non stop touching their body and dancing to some Kpop songs on stage during a Christmas pageant. And to make it worse, a group of adults ( their parents ) non stop taking picture and cheering for them off stage while the girls trying to sell their sex appeal on stage.

What happened to the kids nowadays?

More importantly, what happened to the PARENTS these days?

Christmas in November.

Been super busy with projects.

Bought something that i thought is nice within 2 hours and went back.
No time to think and plan for a Christmas gift wrapping concept this year.
Then i just used whatever i have in my storeroom and tadaa..

My Christmas gift for 2013..

A plain brown paper and black satin ribbon with my 'signature' single knot.
A plastic black spike / mini cone to make it a bit edgy ( i hope so ;p )

Started to gave them out cos i don't think i'll meet up with those people till next year.

overnight drama.

I've never dreamt of something like this.
It was like watching my own biography movie.

It was a dream that brought me back to my teenage years, then present days and lastly .. when i am old!
Not only me, there were some family members and friends starred in this 1 night only drama.
Gila kan? Watching everybody grow old!!!

Anybody got this experience before?

BTW, FYI ... i still look good... when i'm old.

It's a great feeling when you know that all your hard works are being recognized, especially when that is coming from an important person. And that got booked for some jobs in future. Yay !! :)

I think i'm starting to change the direction of my career.

Back from the buying trip. So tired.

Bought so many stuff... but still not complete yet. Need to source more locally.

Came back with 3 bags full of costumes.

Checked in the big blue luggage back ( which is just slightly over the allowed weight ) and hand carried the backpack and gym back ( which weighted more than 10 kg ). Imagine carrying them n walk around the airport. ;p

Preparing some props for my celebrities show.

In order to make it more interesting and 'diva-ish', i bought some super cheap microphone, spray painted and then put on some super cheap ( RM1.30 ) per packet crystal studs.

From left to right :

Elton John, Celine Dion, Tina Turner, Katy Perry and Kylie Minogue.

Next project :

Head mic transformation for Madonna, Ricky Martin & Lady Gaga.

here comes the bitch.

The diva in my team finally showed her true colors. And it's ugly. :(

So uncooperative, selfish and annoying.
She even went home half way while everyone waiting for their turn to rehearse.

Since i'm the director, choreographer, costume designer and final decision maker for everything related to the show...
Can't wait to see what costume i'm going to 'give' her for the show.
Muahahahahahaha.

oops ... i did it again.

I was at the petrol station filling up the petrol. While waiting, i suddenly thought of some dance steps that i can use for my show. So i started to tap my feet, a bit of arm movement. Hmm.. not bad. Ahh.. maybe a body roll at the end will be nice. So i tried. Yup.. perfect.

Then i saw this woman in the car next to me, watching me 'dancing'.

Due to the new project, i need to cancel some of my classes in gym for 9 weeks... 2 months!!!

I thought they will drop my class and replace with other programs cos 2 months is really a bit too long ( i also a bit paiseh when i told them ;p ). But surprisingly they are ok with it. They will find a replacement to temporarily conducting my classes. And i can go back teaching once i finished my project. So i don't have to worry on not enough class after the project.. Yayyyy!!!

I feel very lucky. :)

It's been my dream to do a show to pay tribute to the Pop Divas. And now i have the opportunity to do it ( something like celebrity idols dance performance ). And i'm having cold feet .. major cold feet.
Cos doing someone so popular is a do or die situation. People will have certain expectation when they see those names.

What if ....

new addiction.

Those who know me should know that i am not a 'physical' person.
I don't like to hold hands, place hand on shoulder, giving the tai-tai style air-kiss ( so the pretentious ;p ) or duduk himpit-himpit with others, even close friends.

But lately ( exactly 2 Saturdays ago ), i think i'm addicted to something .. something called a HUG.
Not sure why but i just feel like a hug represent thousands and millions of words and feelings that one would want to express. And it definitely makes a lot of people feel warmer and happier. I am one of them.

For the past 2 weeks, i've hugged so many times ( more times than i ever hugged in 35 years ).
And i'm loving each and every time i do it. :)

After a series of insomnia, stress, sweat, tears and weight lost .. 

this is what i ( we, my team ) got...

It was really a pleasant surprise cos i only aim for 3rd place!
And the best thing is .. i'm now officially in the panel choreographers' list.
Meaning more jobs in the near ( like starting next week ) future.
Yay...

Lastly, hopefully i'll be active again in my blog. :)

Gosh ... this is my longest hiatus in my blog. ;(

I've been receiving signs from my body since 2 weeks ago .. hinting me to take a rest , which i can't afford to :(

Went to collect 3 items from my supplier. Went off without item #3 ... forgot. It's too late when my supplier called me about it. Told him will collect the day after.
Reached home. Unloaded item #1 & #2 at the lobby then parked my car. Met and chatted with my neighbor on the way from parking lot to lobby. End up taking time #1 to my house, leaving item #2 in the lobby. Only realized it the next day when i was on the way out!!!

Canceled too many classes, due to the project as well as tireness. Almost fainted in the class on Friday ( so the dramatic kan? basal.. my style ;p ). Totally weak, none of my movement that day was sharp. :(

Rested yesterday and today.. but the haze is not helping. :(
2 more weeks to go...

i heart scratching ... u.

I was having lunch at McD and a middle aged couple sat next at the table next to mine. They were acting so cuddly and talking quite loud .. loud enough for me to hear everything. ;p

Halfway eating, the guy asked the lady to help scratching his back. So she did. Then the guy thanked her and said he's back is not itchy anymore, but she did not stop. Cos according to her, and i quote :

" Never mind darling, i love scratching you. "

WTH?!

Luckily the guy is quiet while getting scratched. Or else, it would be a Value Meal with a side of soft porn. LOL ;p

The gym was packed with people on Labor Day. So funny kan? People work(out) extra hard on the day dedicated for them to rest. ;p

.. i'm able to hold my pee till i find the nearest ' available ' toilet at the petrol station!

It was raining cats and dogs at my area all the way to Serdang. Floods everywhere, and the cars were not moving at all. Dah lah late for class, suddenly got the urge to PEE!
Stuck in the jam for more than 30mins. At one point, i seriously thought of sacrificing my water bottle ( ;p ) Finally made an illegal turning and started my hunt for a toilet.

Reached the 1st Petronas. my goodness... the queue.. seems like everyone was on the same mission as i was. Quickly reversed and continued hunting for the next Petronas. Thank God no the toilet is available. Ahhhhhhhhh......... ( no need explain kan? ;p )

Anyone peed in a water bottle or plastic bag ( due to some unavoidable reason ) before?
Or you actually ter-peed in your pants? ( don't worry, i won't judge or laugh at you. cos i know the feeling.... )

My youngest sis called me this morning. Apparently one of my secondary school classmate is at her office. And she recognized my sis by her surname and the fact that we both looked very much alike ( according to my friend la ;p )

I finally got the reply from Paris last Friday evening.

Apparently, they've decided that i'm 'not ready' to take up the offer. They will send over some guidelines / handbooks on what they are expecting. I can't say that i'm not disappointed, but at the same time, i felt relieved and kinda happy, cos i don't have to wait anymore. :)

On the bright side, they did offer me a smaller part of the job. They think i should start small and familiarize with them before taking over the actual job. Well, an offer is still an offer. I'll live with it, a least for now. Cos i'm still eyeing on the actual job. :)

So last Friday reached home around 10.45pm ( after 2 classes ). Had my dinner. Felt a bit empty. So i gathered all my disappointment, turned on the video on youtube and watched/practiced for 30 mins. And i taught PSY's Gentleman for my 2 classes on Saturday. Hehehe.

To add in more fun, i brought my sunglasses and a bow-tie for the few final rounds for the class. I told my members :

" See? I got my sunglasses, i got my bow tie, i got my stupid face on, and also the cacat dance moves. I feel like PSY. Hahaha. "

Member : " You just have to put on 20 kg more. "

Guess what was my reply?

Went for a meeting/ presentation for my new/potential client this morning. This might be one of the most important presentation that might affected my career in the future. I've been doing the preparations for weeks. Surprisingly i slept very well last night. :)

Everything went smoothly. I was calm and confident while presenting. They like my ideas. So now i'll have to come out with a proper proposal for them to submit to Paris ( the principle ) for approval. And if everything goes well, i'll be the happiest person in the world. :))

One down, one more to go.
Must add oil! :)

Say you are in a hotel room. Suddenly, you feel the urge to go toilet ( for #2 ). But the problem is, there's someone ( family member, close friend, other half, etc. ) is showering in the bathroom. You knocked the door and told him/her. He/she said " Just come in and use the toilet, i don't mind. " And he/she refused to get out from the shower for a moment while you closing the deal.
