Why people can get a slimmer body after that, my body still the same, only my face getting more and more hagged?
That's my main problem. Cos whenever i go for diet, my face will slim down before my tummy. By the time i get a not so bad abs, my face will look like Gollum. ( muka cengkung, perut buncit ) :(
Do you have the same problem?
Or opposite from mine? ( slim body, but chubby face )
Or your face and body will slim down together, which is the ideal way?

Find a way to fatten up your face more than your tummy then it will all balance out

Hahaha.... never believe you look like Gollum when go for diet!! Hehehe.... My body will normally slim down at the same time when I over do any exercise... hahaha... In fact I am not gaining muscles but make my rib case more obvious and scare people away... :p... I think you should find time to go swimming as it will help you burn your tummy fat effectively... (My testimony is I lost my waist from 30" to 28" after swimming at least 3 times a week for a few months. :-)

ReplyDeletei never really noticed whether my face got slim down or get rounder or not...
But generally my problem is with gaining weight coz i'm skinny. Unfortunately the weight always gains at the tummy area whenever i start to eat more.. Even with strength exercise the other parts of my body don't seem to be building up haha..
But I think in general the tummy area is the hardest to slim down, but it's the easiest area to gain?? Haha i'm confused now LOL
