Some facts ( just in case you dunno )..
When we count down for something, normally we'll use 321. But when we dance, it's normally 5678..and start.

Enough with the facts, let's start my story. There's this new "Kakak" member who came to my Latin class. She told me that this is the first time she join a dance class. So i asked her to slow down, concentrate on the legs movements before adding on the arms and body. She said ok.

But through-out the whole class, she was totally in a mess. She kept on stepping her left leg when i say right, didn't bother to look at me at all. And the best thing is, she always start the movements by 7, not after 8. After a few reminders, i gave up. I just let her do whatever she wants, cos i can't slow down the whole class for her.

But by the end of the class, i thanked her for for trying and stay for the whole class. :)


I am very grateful that am fine with following instructions and move according to beats. Don't mean to be bitchy, but it's really hard for us instructors if the member is a bit too xxxx to follow instructions. ;p

型男殺手

每個人都有他們的致命傷，包括型男和美女。。。

I was in the changing room of the gym, resting after my class. Then came in 3 young and really good looking guys. I think they just finished their workout and ready to go.

Then one by one they stepped on the weighing machine... and that's when the cantik-ness of them FADE AWAY...

Guy A : Aww fuck. Still the same.

Guy B : My turn my turn. Aiyo, me too la ... run so much oso the same. 屌~

Guy C : ( silent for a while ... ) 屌你阿媽臭HAI，境然肥LAN佐。我都未食耶。媽~ 仆街！！！

At that very moment, i discovered something :
" They might have the nice packaging.. but i've got the content.;p"

我想，當每個人站上體重器的那一刻，才能顯出最真實的自己。有對嗎？


I weigh myself 2 to 3 times a day. And normally it will end up with .. " tsk~ "
( Not a good sign horr? ;p )

Face Registration

Are you good in recognizing people? I know i am not. In fact, i am soooooooooooo BAD in that department. Wanna know the level of the badness? Let's just say that i CAN'T RECOGNIZE MY OWN BOSS ... for more than ONCE!!! See how bad that was? And the worse thing is, he is the one who called out my name and shook my hand. ;p

Sometimes i just admire those who can put a name to a face ( or vice-versa ), even if they just met once. Wonder how they do that?


其實不能完全怪我啊。誰叫他長得那麼的平凡。醬多人，很難認的嘛。哈哈。

Eat In

If you hop in my car, normally you'll see a packet of Gardenia Twiggies. Whenever my sis sees it, she'll just say : 又是Gardenia啊？That's my 'in between' classes snack. Or when i'm rushing from one club to another, that will be my usual lunch or dinner solution. Quick, dry and easy to manage.

But i had this very fun experience with my ex colleague. We were rushing for set ups from mall to mall. No time to eat lunch. S we decided to tapao and eat in the car. I was the driver. She had fried kueyteow. And guess what i bought? It's a packet of mixed rice ( 雜飯 ). Yes, i finished the rice while i was driving. Crazy kan?


I know a few friends who really HATE people eating in their cars. Are you one of them?
Or what is the CRAZIEST food you had while driving?

Missing you ...

I had a weird BUT sweet dream last night.

I dreamed of my late grandmother. There's a bunch of 'them' standing on a bridge waiting for something. And everyone was in some fancy costumes. I looked at my grandmother, she was wearing a 'mermaid' costume... complete with the high-tech head gear and super perfect make up effect. I think Lady Gaga also kalah on the finest of the make up. ( I normally can remember the details of my dreams quite well ;p ) She was in this pearl white flowy dress.. with lots of embroideries.. and also the make up ! Gold lines were drawn on her cheeks to create fish skin the effect. And the hair was permed in a big nice wavy shape. Very elegant. So nice and surreal !!!!!

But she looked slightly different from the 'grandmother' that i used to know. Cos she is 'now' younger and smaller size. She looks like in her 30's ( 少婦的樣子 ), a look that i never seen before. And she is so pretty and happy.
Hmm.. i am not really close to her ( after i moved to KL ), but i definitely missed her very much. :)


FYI, i am going to organize a a dance party/ session called " The Freak Show" ( Lots of Gaga's stuff la ) at Pavilion soon. And i was busy thinking on my 'look' for the event last night before i sleep.
Do you think that it's actually some kind of hint? That i should dressed as a .. err... Merman? ;p

Not sure if i'm the ONLY one acting like this.

Whenever i get a SMS notification from my handphone, i will check the message and reply IMMEDIATELY ( Unless i purposely hold on with the reply ;p ). I feel strange when i see others who just put it aside or ignore the SMS whenever they received it. Like you have to let it cool down ( 攤凍 ) for a while before check and reply.
Do you do that as well? Or it's just me who is over efficient?

This is a very common scene in the blogoshpere. Sometimes people will leave a message in your chatbox, that you dunno how to respond :

" Ha ha ha ! "

Honestly, what should i do huh? Cos if you ask me, the direct response ( from the bottom of my heart ) will be :

" So? "
" And? "
" Huh? "


I am very interested to know, what is the appropriate response for this type of so-called messages?
Or most of the time you will just ignore it?

小臉的夢想

我身邊有一些人，明明就是小臉，但就一直在那裡埋怨自己臉大！
最定不順的就是，每次拍照是都會躲到人家的後面，或只是露出3/4的臉。而我就是常常被推到最前面那個。弄到我的臉好像比他們他兩倍醬。真過分！！！我的臉也不小啊，我也想拍出來臉小一點。但跟他們在一起就是不可能啦。

你有沒有朋友像他們一樣，拍照時都回跑到後面的呢？還是你就是喜歡推人家去前面的凶手？

Oh no. Obviously you dunno me well. Cos it will look more cheerful when i fake my smile. ;p


You know la, i got a BIG mouth. So most of the time i try not to smile too much ( wide ). So that i can maintain my vogue-ness. But a lot of people thought that i am just faking it. How lah?

climb baby, climb

A friend of mine just started to date someone ... and that someone is actually at least 15cm taller than my friend. Then i suddenly thought of a joke we had long time ago. One of my colleague was dating with a girl who is very much taller than him. And we always teased him, saying that he have very nice and muscular legs ... due to all the 'stair master' ( climbing ) with his girlfriend.

And there's this another friend of my ( small and skinny ) who only attracted to BIG girls. And his nick was .. 細路喳大車 ( small kid with big toy ). Hmmm .. i really missed the group bitching days.:)


Do you have any 'special terms' among your friend to describe a couple that is very much different on the height or size? Especially when the male is the shorter and smaller one?

The Replacement

Lately i've ben replacing quite a number of classes for an injured instructor. Felt sorry for him, but good news for me. Besides the fact that i can have extra payment this month, i also can 'promote' my class in other instructor's schedule.

FYI, when i do replacement classes, i'll try my very best to impress the member. So that they will be interested to come and join my classes. And i don't think that i'm the only instructor who does that.

Now, i'll be away for 2 weeks in May. And all my classes will be replaced by other instructors. I have to admit that actually i'm a bit worried. What if they are TOO GOOD that most of my members will switch classes when i'm back? Or the management thinks that they should take over the classes due to the good response?

What if i am being REPLACED ... permanently by then?


Kisah Benar :

I was away for 3 weeks holiday in 2007. During that 3 weeks, there's some major reshuffle in the gym's management and schedule. Apparently my classes were cut from 4 classes to 1 class per week! Drastic rite? And it took me 2 months to negotiate with the management in order to get back my original schedule.

That's why i'm always worried every time i go holiday.
What should i do, to secure my position in the gym?

Danny : The Loud Mouth

That's my NEW nickname ( for this week).

I've been having sore throat and nose block since Monday. And as usual, i can't really hear myself when i talk, due to the nose block. I was having lunch with my friend yesterday at The Gardens @ The Curve. Nice environment, not bad food and cheap set lunches. But she was kinda uncomfortable during the lunch. So i asked her why. According to her, i was talking very loud, and the couple behind me kept staring at us.
Then only i realized that i've actually raised my voice tone higher than usual, so that i can hear myself ... as well as others. LOL ;p
MALU nyerr...TSK betul ;p

Now i got this male friend. When my other friends see me going out with him, they will sure asked my about him. Cos he is quite good looking and have nice body shape. The only thing that others dunno about him is .. he talks very loud .. i mean really LOUD. I was so embarrassed whenever i go out with him. He will normally ' share' our conversation with the world. ( sweat )


What will you do if you are out with someone you JUST met .. and so happened that he/she is a LOUD MOUTH?

See, i have not been online ( MSN ) for quite sometime. And when i log in yesterday, tens of these messages popped up. And it's extremely annoying. Since i have nothing to do, i replied them ... 1 by 1.;p

" No thanks. I prefer watch myself ... naked. Cos i know, it's worth watching. So, wanna see me naked? "

Very sampat horr?
Biasalah, i don't have many friends ma .. ma attack those spammers lo...LOL ;p

T went for a haircut at Sg Wang the other day. After done, he went to the counter to pay. RM50 for haircut and shampoo. He gave the counter a RM100 note and then ... he gave the balance RM50 to the hairstylist and shampoo boy as tip. I asked T why, and he said to me :

" When i was young and poor, i worked part time at the cafe. I always hope that the customers will tip us. So that we can split it among the waiters by the end of the day. And since now i think i can afford to tip others, i just want to make them happy."

I want be be as generous as him, but don't you think RM50 is a bit over? ;p
Anybody want to tip me? Any amount also accept gah...LOL

In a few hours, "Danny : The Big Mouth" will be celebrating it's 2nd anniversary. ( Yay ..? ;p )

Just for you to know, it's not easy for me to maintain the blog. Sometimes i think it will be so much easier if i'm writing a FOOD blog, or TRAVEL blog, or EVENTS blog, or EMO blog, or the easiest ~ 'COPY & PASTE' blog. But i chose to have a BIG MOUTH style 'crappy blog'. And to make it harder, i'll have to make sure that whatever crap that i loaded, must have certain level of 'nutritious'. Not sure if you noticed that or ' absorbed ' any of them. But i definitely hope that you enjoy reading it. :)

我想太多。。。

一向來我都很喜歡想東西。無時無刻都在想。搞到我上床要睡覺也還在想，跟本不能停下來。所以每晚我都要在床上翻來翻去至少一小時才能如睡。而如果半夜醒來上廁所，最好不要給我想到東西。不然我又要用一小時來prepare入睡。我的insomnia也是醬來。:(

也因為醬，我在床上得到特別多的靈感。（design啦 , proposal啦， 這篇entry也是醬來的）

很羨慕那些一'tat'上床就能睡的人。怎樣才能像他們一樣呢？

我的驕傲

I am not a perfect person and have very limited body part that is presentable. I don't have a good looking face, a fit body or a perfect height. But at least i got something that i am very proud of ( besides my big mouth la ;p ) ... my CALVES.

Seriously, i never thought that they are nice until people started to compliment on it. And most of them are fitness trainers. They said that the shape of my calves are just nice, and something about the diamond shape... ( sorry, can't remember the exact description cos too happy liao ;p)

Thanks to my parents for a pair of nice calves, and also to myself take good care of them. But i think the main reason they are in that shape is coz i dance a lot. So if you want to have nice calves, please come to my class ( indirectly promote sikit...lol ;p )

p/s : long long time ago, i was admiring someone. and i asked the best friend if there's any comment from that person on me. and the reply was .. " I got nice legs... " ;p ( at least got something that is attractive to others. LOL)

Gym之風雲

They are actually doing a 'spring cleaning' in the gym. I know a few of instructor received sms from the management, asking them to work harder to achieve the target head count. Or else they will be replaced or the class will be canceled. Luckily so far i haven't receive any ( finger crossed ).

But sometimes it's a bit unfair to ask the instructor to take full responsibility on the attendance. Cos the are so many other factors : schedule, location and most important ... MEMBERS. I know some good instructor with low attendance. Why? Bcos this instructor ( A ) is 'not' a friend to their 'other favorite' instructor. So to show the support to their favorite instructor, either they boycott A's class or complain about him.

Scary kan? The real life in the gym. I am a kiasu & kiasi person, so i always check with the management if there's any complaints about me. And i'm very grateful to have the manager who always supported me. She told me that :

compliments are for encouragements
complaints are for improvements

健身教練的生存之道：
成也member，敗也member！！！

新鮮滾熱辣。。。

Since i am quite free nowadays, i decided to make a new Gaga mask in conjunction with the Gaga session coming Wednesday. Just to show my sincerity and also follow Gaga's footstep ~ always create new pieces for every show. ;p

1st edition ( wore during Danny Gaga's Hookerface Tour last year)
The shape and finishing is a bit standard ( predictable ) and quite similar to those that you can get from those party shop. Quite heavy cos it's fully beaded.

2nd edition ( premiering coming Wednesday )
It's actually a full-faced mask, cut into half. And the diamonte are being placed in a more interesting way ( spreading out from the eyes ). And the best thing is, the mask is TRANSPARENT and much lighter than the 1st ones. So you won't really see the mask when you put it on. Very fashionable, HAUTE COUTURE lah konon. LOL ;p




There, you can't really see the mask. Especially if you are dancing in some dimmed room with flashing spotlights.


反正在家裡閒著沒什麼東西做，不如找些可以賺點外快的點子。
有誰要跟我order custom made的mask？可以為接下來的company annual dinner和Halloween戴。
什麼臉都包你BLING到不行噢。哈哈。

One of the che-che came to me after the class. Che-che : "Danny, why not teach us 'para-para sakura' next time?"
Now, i think i have 2 replying options.

1) I can tell her that i will try to arrange for it, OR

2) I can tell her that i will try to arrange for it, but before that let me just clarify something with her. The dance that she wanted to learn is 'Para-para' ( a popular street dance in Japan ), NOT ' Para-para Sakura' ( a Hong Kong movie, starring Aaron Kwok & Cecelia Cheung ), as that's the name of the movie that made para-para popular. ;p

If you know me well, i'm sure you know which is my reply.:)

p/s : If you still remember, there was a Para-Para Street Party ( 2002 ) organized to promote Christian Dior's new collection. It was held at Bukit Bintang. And i was the selected top ten contestants from hundreds of people dancing on the street. Hmm.. i miss my 'young' days....:))

( Yes, this is another syok sendiri entry. Don't read if you got no sense of humor or got high level of jealousy ;p )

Danny Gaga is making his coming back act.. not here.. but in the gym.

I did Bad Romance in the class last year and till now the members still request me to repeat it. Cos they said the choreo is very nice. Mind you, not easy to choreograph a song with combinations of 'cacat' and 'sexy' ( or in my case, slutty ) together you know? ;p

Not trying to show off ( yeah rite ;p ) but it meant a lot to us freestyle instructor when the members ask you to repeat whatever that you did before. Meaning they liked the steps and ... ' you did a good job'.

So i guess i'll have to take out my" Gaga buatan-sendiri-over-the-top-fake-diamond mask" from the storeroom and prepare for another kick-ass show next week. The best things is, it's for the Pavilion class. You know lah, there's so many 'audiences' at that club. EXCITED-nyerr....;p

p/s : my next target .. Gaga's "Teeth". OR do you have other nice songs that are suitable for teaching?

My hair ... again

( FYI, this is a ' syok sendiri ' entry. No offense with those who are alive, dead or half dead. ;p )

We were doing LaRoux's Bulletproof this morning. One of the step is to pose with your hands on your head ( through you hair ), shake the hip and 'act' sexy. Of cos i don't have any problem doing that lah. But one of my 'che-che' teased me :

Che-che : Danny no matter how you do also not perfect one la. Cos your hair so short ... not sexy at all lah.
姐姐 ：你怎樣做也不夠sexy的啦。你的頭髮醬短，很難sexy的啦。

Me : Huh? If i got long hair, it will be phenomenon! ( answered coldly + sharp look in the eyes )
我 ：哼！如果我長頭髮，那還得了？！（ 冷冷的回答＋尖銳的眼神 ）

Che-che : Ya wor ya wor, Hahahaha.
姐姐 ：對horr對horr。哈哈哈。


話說回來，重來沒有留過長髮的我還真的很樣嘗試下。但我頭髮又多又粗，又容意流汗。要留長髮一定beh tahan。記得去年在Seoul時有試戴假髮 （中長），很夠力aqua-licious！看了都想打自己！！！
想想還是算了吧。反正我的樣子一點都不俊秀和沒有書香味，還是乖乖的認命做我的短髮陽光‘賤嘴‘男吧。

me OR him ?

2 different person, same age, different attitude.

Me ...
I am 33 years old this year. And i do look like in my 30s. But one good thing that i am proud of myself is ... i always feel young in my heart. And sometimes people ( especially those members in gym ) thought that i am 'slightly' younger than my actual age, cos the way i act, how i carry myself and of cos... the way i dance.( :PPP) Also thanks to my 'wise' choice of clothing, to make myself look more presentable. ;)

My friend ...
He is also 33 years old. ( and he's actually few months older than me ;p ) I know him for almost 9 years already. He got this boyish look that sometimes people thought that he is still a college boy! ( jealous nyerr..;p ) But his attitude, i tell you... YA ALLAH! Punye lah pakcik !!! Sometimes i felt that i'm hanging out with an uncle. He got so many restrictions and pantang larang, and also the President of PPMM ( Persatuan Po Ma Malaysia ).


Given a choice, when you are 33 ( or in some case ... "were" ) who you want to be?

早上在Mid Valley買蛋塔。去到cashier給錢時，看見cashier其實是位有‘斗雞眼‘問題的女生，而且還滿明顯的。夠力囉，我突然不自在了起來。因為不懂得講話時應不應該看著她。

有人教過：叮著其中一只眼就可以了。但我怕我叮‘錯‘眼，叮到那只不是直視我的眼。Then又想，可能可以focus在她的兩眼之間（鼻梁上一點點）。但又怕醬看人，會換我變成‘斗雞眼‘。最後，我覺定將眼神放空，微笑著臉對著她。

如果你是我，你會怎樣辦？

下午去剪頭髮，和hairstylist埋怨：

我 ：你看，醬多白頭髮。真的很難看，很煩啊！

Hairstylist ：白頭髮jeh嘛，不要是脫髮就好了啦。

我 ：（ 恍然大悟 ）對horr，醬我令願白頭髮囉。

Sometimes bad things can be quite pretty if we try see it from another angle.
Hmm .. promised myself, from today onwards, must enjoy and appreciate whatever i have now. :)

都是工做惹的禍。。

我做Visual Merchandiser的職業病：
Shopping時，如過看到人家摺的衣服亂了，會忍不著幫人整理整理他。動西擺歪了，也會幫他adjust一下下。每每都會被朋友'guat'。

我做Dance Instructor的職業病：
走路時不能聽到歌。因為步法會不自主的跟著節奏走。講話是也會很大聲。因為習慣了在studio裡，mic壞了就要喊著來教。怕大家聽不到。

我做Event Organizer的職業病：
總會比在約好的時間早到，通常１５分鐘除，非是特地遲到。（ 因為做event都要提早來做preparation。）然後等人家時又會碎碎念。弄到很多人都不敢約我出去。裡就有幾位種過招的人兄。真的很paiseh啦。

我做Danny Hwang的職業病：
不喜歡拖。什麼東西都要很effective。跟別人借的東西用好了也會第一時間去還。而且是‘追著去還‘。所以朋友圈裡有醬個說法：“不好借東西給他啊。因為他會追著你來還的！好煩的啊！！！“

Just some updates of myself ...

I'm obsessed with ... GLEE
Always a fan of musicals ( not traditional or opera type ). They are young, they are hip and that's so me.. ( i know i know, it sounds a bit salah ;p )

I'm obsessed with ... OWL CITY
His songs are so nice and soothing. The 1st song i play every morning once i on my laptop. I've downloaded most of their songs in my ipod. ( the previous song, Rainbow Veins is by them as well )

I'm obsessed with ... SIT ( as in 'duduk' )
March to May is a slow month for retail line. So, not much VM job for me to do lah. So everyday i sit in front of computer, then sit in front of tv, then sit on the sofa and of cos, sit on the toilet bowl. :)

I'm obsessed with ... KAREN MOK
Bought her latest album 回蔚, sedap sekali. All the songs are very chic and diva-ish, suitable for me ( yalah yalah, those who wanna slap me please line up ). Especially when i'm 'sitting' alone at home. Posted one of her new song at the side bar. My shoulder always sake front and back whenever i listen to it. Nikmat nyer tak terhingga lah ( btw, my friend called her 'laocharbo' 老女人 LOL ;p )

Finally, I'm obsessed with TANNING
I think i'm more confident with the tanned skin. It makes me look healthier and better. Although thats lots of good and bad comments, but i normally will ignore the bad ones. And bcos of that i am now crazy with colors that i once refused to wear ~ YELLOW. ;p LOL .

STOP !

Never knew that i am that offensive. I thought only my mouth is bitchy. I was wrong.

Just found out that most of the time, the way i look at people is quite OFFENSIVE ( without me realizing it ). And it is really shocking to me. To make the feeling worst, i got to know this from someone that is so close to me. I am speechless...


Don't ask me to wear sunglasses, cos it's not a good solution! :(

I manage to adjust my weight back to +-61kg ( previously was 63.5kg ).And now is the hardest part ... MAINTENANCE.

Luckily i have 7 to 10 class per week for me to work out and burn fat. If not, sure 'kembung' back.;p


Btw, i found a way which is quite useful for me to lose weight .. LIQUID DIET. Just have light breakfast, normal lunch and 'liquid' dinner. ( Just take Milo, milk, fruit juices or soya milk )

CNY is coming to the end. Throughout the whole ( almost ) 15 days, lots of good things happened to me. Besides getting lots of angpows, i think the next best thing would be a comment from my lovely Biaomei :

" Wah, Biaokho. You still look slim with your yellow t-shirt on. "
( I love you, Biaomei. Tak kisahlah if the comment is sincere or not. ;p )

Just FYI, i am sooooo in love with yellow and grey now. Cos i think the shade looks cool on my slight and going to be so tanned skin.:p

他：什麼？服裝設計？（有點不信的樣子）
我：不是，是櫥窗設計。
他：噢。不怪得啦。因為你看起來有點木納，呆呆的樣子啦。哈哈。

我木納？？？！！！我呆呆？？？！！！（晴天劈靂。風雨交加）

I think i had THE weirdest dream last night.

I was walking on the road and suddenly a rather small and cute dog came to me. It seems that someone threw his toy in the drain by the roadside. And he need me to help pick it up for him. I looked at the drain, the water was clear ( strange kan? clear water drain in Malaysia ;p ). So i went down and get it for him. He was so happy, then went away. Seems quite a normal dream, kan?

Oh, i think i forgot a very important part. Did i mentioned that i was actually having a real conversation with that dog? As in TALKING? ( we both spoke the same language !!! )

哥哥，可以幫我拾玩具嗎？

Imagine how busy i will be every time passing by SPCA, if i understand dogs. ;p

Is it a must to wear RED during CNY?

I was at the gym today and saw an Auntie ( maybe in her 40's ) with rather disturbing gym wear. If i'm a gym fashion police, she sure kena my ' dried meat' liao. Cos she was wearing a shinny RED body suit a la 80's aerobics style with matching leg warmers too. Big surly hair to complete the look. Did i mentioned that she is also in her typical 40's woman body shape.

Maybe she thought that that's the way to grab attention in the gym. And yes, she is very successful, but in a baaaaaaaaad way. Not only me, i can see people staring and gossiping about her.

I think most of us know the "importance to dress presentable" in the gym. Working out in the voguest way. But BODY SUIT? Really?

I actually thought of go to her and sing : "Remember my name... FAME!" Follow with a high kick then a dramatic bow. Trying to imagine how she'll respond to that. LOL ;p

Mission : CNY

I normally will gain weight during CNY. Due to the non stop makan-ing, tidur-ing and lepak-ing in front of the tv the whole day. As they said : " What is HUNGRY??? There's no time for HUNGRY during CNY. ;p "

While normally people will only start to go on diet AFTER cny, i guess i'll just take the these 15 days as my short term diet duration. No junk food ( i hope, cos didn't buy any CNY cookies or yee sang at home. and already finished those that people gave me ) and lots of workout. I am replacing lots of classes ( today 3 classes, tomorrow 4 classes, etc. ) for those outstation instructors. More chance for me to sweat.:)

But i think the main mission is to tone up my arm and shoulder. Cos i got quite a big head, narrow shoulder, rounded torso, slim arms and short legs. Macam 'tortoise' kan? ;(

First time start work so early ~ 3rd day CNY. :p
First time didn't really wear ALL NEW during CNY. :)
First time eat and gamble so little during CNY. ;)
First time encounter not so good experience during CNY. ;(

The ONLY thing same as previous years is : GOT lots of angpows. Hehehehehe :p Among all the angpows, i like this one the most ~ graphic and color combo. Unexpected yet trendy. ( Tak sangka, seafood HQ oso so fesen one.;p )

Really? Cos i am definitely not in the mood yet. Not sure if it's bcos of the age or i have not get my CNY clothes. Or maybe this year the festive mood is not as strong as previous, including the malls. Maybe i'll feeli it more when i have my 'yee sang'. ;p

Can't get the pants that i wanted for CNY. So i'll break my own tradition this year, for not wearing all new clothes for CNY. Will start teaching classes in gym on 3rd day CNY onwards. Mainly doing replacements for those outstation instructor. Don't think there'll be lots of member going to join. Easy job, i hope. Just sign in, sit there, chat a bit and shake a bit. Then sign out.;p

So if you happened to be jalan-jalaning at the malls, call me for yamcha la.

Hope that the year of TIGER will bring us more fun, joy, energy and ummpph..!!!

I always try to keep a distance with my gym members. Just try to be professional. But it seems that the harder i try, the easier for me to fall in an issue. Why can't they just come and go? Sweat during the class then shower, and go back? Why must they stay back to talk to you, and ask for your contact? Why they always have very good reason for me to get my contact? Why can't i find a better excuse so that i don't have to give them?

Ever heard of a combination size clothing? ( No, i'm not talking about FREE size )

We know there's facial cleanser for 'combination' skin...
We know there's hair product for ' combination' hair...
But why there's no clothes for combination body size huh?

You see, i have a rather 'unique' body shape and proportion. It's kinda difficult to buy things that fits me well. Cos i have ...

a S size shoulder
a M size chest
a M size waist
a S size hip
a M size thigh
a XS pants length ;(

Unique kan? ;p


What's the usual problem you faced when buying clothes for yourself?

又是感慨。。。

I was having lunch at Mid Valley today. When i about to leave, i passed by the centre court as there was an acrobatic show in conjunction with CNY. Since i still got time, i decided to stay and watch for a while. They were using that Kitaro's song as background music.. sooooo the standard.. martial art show lah, product launch lah, food presentation lah... all same song. A bit sien liao. :P

But towards the end of the show, there's this little girl ( maybe 5 or 6 years old ) came out and performed. She was really good. Suddenly i felt a bit down. I felt pity for her. She was so young, but she have to do all this. I'm quite sure that she didn't have a ' good and innocent ' childhood memories. I mean what were you and me doing when we were at her age?

As everyone cheered and applause for her, i can't believe that i am actually 'tearing' at on corner just looking at her.:(


I won't say that i had superb memories but, i am glad at least i can have an actual 'CHILDHOOD'. :)

一日一感恩

Have you ever thought of being grateful for being able to do or have a certain thing in your daily life, even the smallest thing? Although it's not something that you only do during special occasions, but your days won't be complete without them.

Some felt 'alive' only after a sip of their morning coffee. Some only dare to face the people when they successfully draw a perfect eyebrow before going out of the house. And some, only felt energized when they finally get to have rice in their meal. ( typical Chinese, and i am in this category as well ;p )

Well for me, i am very grateful whenever i go to toilet ( closing a BIG deal ) every morning. It just made me feel lighter and healthier. or else, i'll feel loaded throughout the whole day.:(
Oh there's another thing that i am happy to see every time i went down to get my car. Yes, a cheerful Doraemon toy hanging in my neighbor's car. Whenever i look at it, i'll just smile.;)


So what is the small little thing that you do everyday that is so IMPORTANT that might make or break your day?
