一人有一首 'it' 歌

I am quite free nowadays, cos finished Raya and now preparing proposals for Christmas. So most of the time i am at home, watching movies and drama-series. Temporary couch potato lah ;p. I just finish watching a new ( i think so ) drama series Honestly i never heard of it or recognize most of the actors or actresses in the series. I am solely attracted by the title : DROP DEAD DIVA. ( don't you think that it's quite interesting? )


But the truth is, there is not much or lasering, back-stabbing or fashion stuff in the series. Just some daily stuffs that is happening in our daily life. Simple yet interesting. But the thing i like most about this series is the songs that they played.

Am currently in love with " Bloom" by Nerina Pallot. Must play it the moment i on my MacBook every morning. Definitely something cheery to start my day. And the lyrics ...
"I'm gonna bloom, there's nothing that i can't do. It's never too late, never too late to bloom... "
So the suara hati for middle age people like me kan? ;p So yeah, that's the 'it' song for me.

That's what happened to me when i was meeting up with my client. Luckily she is my client, if not sure kena laser by me liao!!! But come to think of it, it's NOT her fault? Cos "TECHNICALLY" she did answer my question. Maybe i'm the one who should ask more specific question next time kan? ;p

I went for my haircut today and over heard the conversation ( in Cantonese ) between a walk-in customer and the receptionist :

Customer : 洗同埋吹點charge啊？
How much you charge ahh? Cut and blow.

Receptionist : 愛吹咩？（她應該是要問 “吹怎樣的髮形“。）
Blow what? ( I think she meant "how you want to blow/style your hair" )

Customer : 頭髮啦。
My hair lah.

The receptionist face turned blue, and mine turned red, trying my best not to laugh. LOL ;p

Being an anti-social person, it's kinda hard for me to communicate with other human beings, especially strangers. But i think it's even harder for me to talk to a non-human ... the answering machine / voicemail ! Cos i feel a bit weird and stupid talking to that machine.

Not only that you only have limited time to say what you want to say. And it's worse if you said something wrong, you can't take it back or redo!!! But the thing that i hated most is there WON'T be any responses when you talk. So normally when i was directed to voicemail, i'll just hang up and call back.

But sometimes it's very interesting to listen to people's voice messages, especially when they thought the have hung up.. but they're not. You can hear them singing, talking to others, guess their location and sometimes discover something about them. :P

I know it's a waste of money, but it's just another form of self-entertaining.

Another call from tele-marketer, but this time i decided to let him finish cos :

a) He sounded DIVAish.. that's what i felt from the moment he speak. Quite entertaining to listen to his dramatic tone when explaining the benefits ( not sure if he was doing the facial expression at the same time la ;p )

b) I admire his confidence, " I WON'T FORGET HIM" worr.... how many of you dare to tell that to a stranger .. ?

OK, that's an exceptional case. Cos normally when i received calls from those telemarketers, i'll just tell them politely that i'm driving then hang up. What's your favorite excuse to hang up their calls?

Went for the RM3.60 meal at Starhill with the guys yesterday. Ordered some recommended dishes.When they served the dishes, i was attracted to one of them. Something like the picture below :


Me : Eh, what is that? Looks like kuih lapis one?

Jovi : It's pig skin with something else ( can't remember what he said ). You should try it.

So i took a small bite. Err, it was soft and crunchy. The taste and texture is like nata de coco. I don't really like it, but still swallow lah ... don't want to waste it. Minutes later only i realized that it was actually not pig's skin but ...

EWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I swear next time i'll just stick to my pork and the stomach. Nothing more than that. Don't want to be too adventurous with new dishes liao.:P

I was at TF Giza for a replacement class. When i reached the reception counter, i showed the guy my instructor card. He looked at the card, then me ... totally blank. Then i looked back at him ( with my eyes ) ...

" What? You new here? Can't recognize an instructor card? "

He replied with his eyes as well ...

" Yes sir. But what is that? Celebrity Fitness? "

Then only i realized that i flashed him my Celebrity Fitness Instructor Card, when i am actually at True Fitness. Ya Allah. Sungguh memalukan!!! Luckily i only scolded him "with my eyes", not verbally. If not sure ' dapat kemaluan yang lebih besar!!! '

So now i know. Not only i am not good in multitasking, i am sometimes nyanyuk too. Maybe the nyanyuk-ness arrived earlier than the age. ;(


I think i might need to start doing some exercise to make me more alert.

I always thought that i am very good at multitasking. Cos i can talk, walk and doing things with my hands at the same time. But when i'm too concentrate on my hands, silly things will just come out form my mouth.;p

I was setting up window display at One Utama. As i was busy putting on the window stickers, my friend called, asking me if i want to yumcha after the set up. So, with one hand adjusting the sticker, one hand holding handphone and my eyes on the sticker joining point, i said :

" Ok. Give me 30mins. Meet me at FUCK. "

" What? "

" In front of FUCK. "

I didn't realized that until my client asked me why i was so angry, cursing my friend?
So malu ;p

Went out with friends born in 3 different eras ~ 60's (Y), 70's ( me ) and 80's (W).

As we were walking, Y told us that one of her friend can't wait to turn 45 years old, so that he is qualify to join Astro's Classic Song Competition ( I think he is only a couple years away from 45 ). And i also got a few friends ( in their 20's ) joined Astro Talent Search and 8TV's So You Think You Can Dance.

Then it made me think ...
In order to join ATS or SYTYCD or Malaysian Idol or even AF, you need to be under 30 years old. And as for the Classic Song Competition, you have to be over 45 years old. So what happened to those in their 30's? I mean ... like ME?

Where can i go, if i want to show my talent ( that is if i got any other talent, besides bitching lah ;p )?
People in your 30's, what should we do???

battle of the fruits

I went in the lift, almost vomited. WTF!! What smell is that? I have to hold my breathe for 8 floors. Once the door open, i rushed out immediately for some fresh air. Then only i found out that someone brought in jackfruit ( cempedak / nangka ) in the lift before i went in. Yucks !!

Some say durian is smelly. But i think cempedak / nangka is even worst.
What do you think?

I walked in the studio and saw the GXC ( group exercise coordinator ) sitting at the corner.

Me : 阿靚, 做咩事啊？
( What's going on? )

GCX : Surprise! 無啦。今日要 evaluate 你 geh performance。
( Surprise! Nothing much. Just need to evaluate your performance today )

And you know what's the first reaction i gave her?
No, it's not that i am not ready or nervous or what... but ...

Me : Harr? 做咩不早點講? 我著靚Ｄ嘛。
( Harr? When didn't inform earlier? So that i'll wear nice-nice marr. )

See? Very sampat rite? I should have worried about my performance, but instead .. i was thinking on what's i'm wearing. Once a diva, always a diva i guess, looks always come first. ;p

After the class, i went to see her for the result. Guess what? My average marks is 8.8/10 !!! Very the unexpected lo. And i even got a perfect 10 for punctuality. ( Cos i normally arrive at the gym 1 hour earlier before my class. )


看來我kiasu喜歡早到的行為是對的。哈哈。

小心！有鏡子

Whenever i pass by any places with mirrors or reflective surface, i will automatically stop and look at myself for a few seconds. Not that i am obsessed with myself ( liar !!! ), but just want to make sure that i look presentable... at all time.

Then i realized that my group of close friends do that as well. That's why we will have to make a few stops at the shopping malls, just walking from end to the other. Bad habit huh?

More importantly, do you do that as well?

I have a habit of folding up the sleeve ( to make it shorter ) whenever i wear t-shirts. Not sure why, it's just my style. Maybe it makes my narrow shoulder looks broader. I didn't really think people will notice that until one day, SK told me about it.

He said whenever he passes by those window display with the folded sleeve on mannequin, his mind will just say :

" This is Danny's shirt ( 大嘴geh衫! ). "

Some people MUST wear belt.
Some MUST fold up the collar when they wear polo tee.

I must say that the mamak near my place is very generous. Why? Cos i i tapao only 1 roti telur, and they gave me this :

kari ikan, dal & sambal ( maybe can they can see that i am a spice freak ;p )

Normally when i eat at mamak store, i have to ask them to refill the curry, just to satisfy my crave for spiciness. But this time, i can really call it : ROTI BANJIR ! ;p

Can you see my roti? Like banjir kilat.. or tsunami of curry. LOL ;p

See, when i was young, i love to eat rotic canai with sugar. And now, i love it with lots of curry and sambal. Eh!? It's just like me kan? SWEET when young and HOT now !!!

p/s : There's a joke among my friends and i. Cos i wrongly said that Madonna's "STICKY & SWEET" tour as " SWEET & SOUR" tour. So tak vogiu kan? lol ;p

我又唔靚仔。。。

Went for my hair cut yesterday. Since my usual stylist is not around, i was attended by another stylist. He was quite friendly and chatty as well. It was quite nice and relaxing to chat with him.

He also told me that some of the customers thought that he is a new stylist, when he is actually one of the pioneer stylist of that saloon. Then with a cheeky tone, he said :

" 邊個會記得我啦？我又唔靚仔。。。
I am not good looking. Not surprise if people can't remember me lorr... "

I looked at him and just smiled. And we continued chat on other stuffs.

When i reached home, only i realized that i should have say something when he commented about his look. Something like .." no lah, you good looking marr..." OR " maybe you always hide yourself lerr? ".

Do you think that i am rude?
I mean maybe he was waiting for me to say something like that? LOL ;p
Another good example of me being stupid and bad in PR. :(

I was standing outside of the studio, checking on the timetable. Then one 'che-che' ( not regular member ) passed by and stop behind me.

Me : Morning. ( nodded and smiled )

Che-che : Haha. Just now i thought who is this guy. Wah, you look really different when you are on the stage conducting class horr? On stage you look so different, and now you look so ORDINARY. I almost can't recognize you.

Me : Huh? Really? ( This is another shocking statement received after the 38 incident ;p )

Che-che : Oh don't get me wrong. It's a compliment.

You know lah, as someone who always hunger for attention like me, it's really devastating when people call you ordinary. ;p

My friend ( Yaz ) was talking to her client ( Z ). So happened that i met this client few times before in our dinner gathering with another group of friends. So i told Yaz to tell Z that i say hello. But apparently Z can't really recall who i am. So Yaz gave her a few more infos, and finally Z remembered :

" Oh, Danny? He is that 38 one rite? "
“ Danny ？是不是那個３８的？“

I was so shocked. I dunno what to say. Cos all the while i thought i am portraying the vogiu look. Really 接授唔到囉. I want to be vogiu. At least vogiu is an attitude ( i think lah ;p ). But 38 is just ... plain 38. So not my direction.;(

As a freelancer, i always receive phone calls from new client enquiring on my service ( both VM and dance ). But the one thing that i don't really like is the way they ( not all lah ) enquire about the job :

" Hi Danny, this is XX from XX. I got your contact from XX and would like you to do a display for us. So how much you charge? "

Don't you think that is a bit UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE? To ask people's charges without giving any infos on the job at all. How i know what is the scale of the display? What concept and materials that they want? How can i figure out the cost with nothing to refer to?


But i have to say that, most of the people who have this kind of attitude are .. CINAMAN!!! Cos to them, money comes first. Creativity and presentation, lain cerita. Ada agree?

it's NOT your birthday !

It happened years ago...

Say it's your birthday and everyone seems to forget about it. You were lonely and bored. So you called one of your close friend. Then you managed to hint/ tell him in between the conversation that it's your birthday. And what you got from him was a cold reply :

" Today is your birthday meh? Dun lie lah, yours is next week. Eh i busy now, talk to you next time lah. "

Kesian kan? Dah lah birthday takde orang ingat. Pas tu call orang kena reject.
What will you do if you are him? I mean the birthday boy.


Oh dun get me wrong, cos i am not the poor birthday boy. I am the so called useless 'close friend'. LOL ;p

me and fb

I went to the changing room after my class, and fb was sitting in front of the lockers while talking on his handphone. His ass is really huge that actually blocking 3 locker doors ~ 12, 14 & 16 ( including mine ). So i politely told him :

Me : Excuse me, do you mind? Mine is 16. ( and smile )

He : Oh, mine is 14. ( smiled to me )

And he moved his ass ... FEW CMs ONLY from my locker door( fb is now blocking locker 10, 12 & 14 ). It's still very hard to get my stuffs but i didn't want to tell him twice. Then i went to the steam room before shower. 3 mins after that, fb came in ... WITH HIS HANDPHONE!!! Suddenly the steam room became so ' happening ' cos he was talking really loud ( not in Chinese or Malay hokay? ;p ) Besides the noise, he also filled the steam room with his B.O.!!!

I can't stand the smell, so i went for shower. Guess what? After my shower, there he was blocking my locker door again! I was so pissed off that i didn't bother to ask him to move away. I just open the door wide enough that is touching his shoulder. And he still didn't MOVE !!! I can honestly tell you that i was cursing so bad in my heart when i was putting on my clothes. He is really a fb!!!

FYI, i DO NOT have problems with big size people. I just hate people that is so INCONSIDERATE !!! ;p

Nobody ... no more !

I am officially so sick of NOBODY ( the song, the dance, but NOT the girls, yet ;p )

I think i've seen so many versions of NOBODY performs by those wannabe Wondergirls, Wonderboys and even Wonderquas. So sick and tired looking at everyone doing the same thing. Everyone was so into it last year that i was requested to do NOBODY ( Big Mouth's own choreography ). So i did and they liked it. Cos it's different. But so far the worst Nobody is from Sg Wang ~ all those TECHNO remixed version non-stop blasting . Just feel like slapping those seafoods.

But i got a call from a client last week, asking me to train they staff for a performance during their annual dinner. And guess what song they picked?

Ding ! Ding ! Ding !

You've got it right. NOBODY !!! with the original steps. I almost vomit ( blood and word ) when she told me that. But what to do? Money still money. Just suck it up ad do lo. But i definitely going to change a bit on the choreography. To add in a bit of the Big Mouth's vogiu-ness.

SURPRISE !!!

Yeah.. i totally hated that word, and do not wish that it will ever happen on me. Cos my body and mind were not designed to handle them.

Some might say that i am not sporting enough. But i'm just trying to minimize the damage, on me and them. Cos when i am presented with something unexpectedly, i will lose my vogiu-ness and start to act like idiot and talk nonsense. Then a few minutes after the shock therapy, i'll start to look for the organizer and and laser him kau-kau. So see? It's a lose-lose situation kan? ;p

But of cos, i don't mind watching people's reaction when they got the surprise. Cos that's probably the most genuine expression of him / her.

Went to Di's birthday dinner last night. It was fun and cozy, just four of us. Eat and chat, laser and bitch around. From the dinner, i discovered that i have quite a lot of similarity with the other girl.

We both have the COLD BITCH look. ( very obvious )
We both enjoy watching Madonna's concert. ( DVD only la, not the real one ;p )
We both like to decorate the house ourselves.
We both love shoes.
Then surprisingly, we both tend to cry / have tears in our eyes easily.
And we both are not EMO people.

Yup, i 'tear' easily. Listening to songs, watching TV commercial and movies. Or maybe when i saw something touching, or very 'GRAND' ( 壯觀 ) and gave me goose-bumps. Anything that 'inspired' me will make me feel like crying. Just a form of me expressing my gratitude i guess.

I will be super busy again starting today.

Setting up Raya window displays for 3 clients ( 12 shops ). Not to mention that i am in the midst of finalizing a few jobs ( new clients ) for the coming months. Thanks to my ex boss, one of the job pays really well. Hopefully everything will be ok.

BTW, i met an instructor friend that i have not seen for long time. And the first thing he told me was :

" 賤人，你瘦左喔。“ ( Bitch, you've slim down worr. )

Ah, gembira nyerr hati ku. ;p

I have a habit that some people think that it's weird.

I love my perfume. I like to 'perfumed' myself whenever i go out. To classes lah, to meeting lah. to hang out with friends lah, i even wear perfume when i go out to the kopitiam to tapao mixed rice for lunch. Not sure why, but i just feel more comfortable whenever i am wearing perfume. Not that i have any B.O. problem hokay! ;p

I won RM200 shopping vouchers the other day. So i when to the shop at Pavilion to use it before it expires. FYI, it was a shop that sells hip-hop / street / skaters kind of clothing. Meaning their clothes are slightly bigger and more loose that the normal clothing. And guess what? Their smallest size for t-shirt is M. Of cos it's too loose for me. The i decided to just get their accessories and sundries.

Got myself a sling bag, 2 belts and a Tee. ( it's loose but the graphics is nice ;p ) Went to the counter, and i still have RM30+ left. I pointed at the corner and asked the Chinese sale assistant :

Me : Do you have those flip-flop in size 9?

Him : Harr? Sorry?

Me : Ｄ flip-flop有無９號啊？

Him : ( looked at me, still puzzled ) 咩係flip-flop？

When i told my friend about the incident, he only gave me one word as conclusion : PRETENTIOUS!
“拖鞋就拖鞋啦。Flip咩flop唶？扮晒也！“

Cos that's how we call when i was a fashion merchandiser.
Or is it my fault that there's actually difference between slippers and flip-flop?

I was on the way to tapao my lunch just now. I went in the lift and there's 2 boys ( probably 7 or 8 years old ) in there. I looked at them, press the button and stand next to the button panel. They were standing behind me. It was quiet for a while, then i heard the boys whispering among themselves ...

Boy A : psst psst ... tengok kasut dia, cantik lah.

Boy B : yelah, suruh mak kau beli untuk raya lah.

Boy A : kau tanya dia mana dia beli lah.

Boy B : tak nak la.. kau nak, kau tanya sendiri...

I heard the whole conversation, and i smiled to them when i walked out the lift. And my mood was really good for the whole day.:)


Guess i am a little too desperate for attention ya? Who cares lah, as long as i get the compliments, even from kids.

自創。

This is something me n my gang used to do when we were in college. We like to create our own language among ourselves, trying very hard to be creative and different from others lah konon. LOL ;p

Language 1 ~ single alphabet
We change all the first alphabet of everything we want to say to a SAME alphabet.
From " What do you want to eat later? " to " Tat to tou tant to teat tater? "
From " Can i borrow the chart from you? " to " San sai sossow se shart som siu ? "
Sometimes we forgot and spoke in that language to out lecturer. And of cos, we just laughed it off and pretend nothing happened.

Language 2 ~ east meets west ( Chinese + English )
We put the plural ( add s ) in English when we were talking in Chinese.
" 今天的課s有好多東西s要做。那裡找來醬多時間s啊? "
" Library有沒有很多人s？"

Think about it now, it was quite stupid and salah, but fun. Cos people will just stared at us whenever they heard us say things like that. Another way of getting attention horr?

You know when we were performing on stage, we have to put on our biggest smile. And most of the time we have to fake it, cos busy remembering the choreos and the chaos at the backstage. Bet most of the audience thought that we really dance and 'smile' at the same time. Well, that is on stage.

But when it comes to real life ( work life ), it seems that i can't control the ability to fake my smile. I was in a meeting with my client the other day, few of them. When the bigger boss started to share his story on the table, the rest of his staffs seems quite enjoying it. The smiled and laughed a few times, but i didn't. Cos i really can't find anything funny in the stories. I tried to squeeze a bit of smile, doing my best to let him know that i am listening.

I always tell the members to breath through their mouth, to create the smiling face. But it's so weird if i do it in front of them. I can have thousand and one facial expression whenever i am on stage, but i can't even fake a smile when i am really needed one. Sigh.;(

One middle aged woman came to me in the studio before i start my dance class ( note : DANCE CLASS ) and asked me about a lot of things, almost everything EXCEPT dancing. Which type of YOGA is better for stretching and flexibility? Which YOGA is for beginner. What's the difference between YOGA and body balance? How many different type of YOGA classes we have in the gym? Honestly i really dunno what she asked, as i myself dun do yoga. So i just told her that i'm not sure, and direct her to the front desk.

Funny rite?
The Yoga studio is just right at the other corner, and she came to me.
Is it her problem? Or i should do my homework for all other classes so that i know how to handle those questions in the future?

It was really a hectic week for me. 2 theme classes on Tuesday and Wednesday ( i was having diarrhea on Monday night ). The big event for my client on Saturday. Luckily everything went well, better than what i expected. And the best thing is, i think i managed to create more opportunities for more jobs ( both gym classes and event ).

I can see members ( maybe not all ) are quite happy with the class, and definitely looking forward to the next theme class, which is Halloween. The theme? ~ VAMPIRE!!! Any suggestion what i should wear?

As for the event, i think the client is happy with the result. That some of them ( from different divisions ) already started to ask me if i'm interested to do their coming annual dinner. It feel so good when you know that your actually on demand. LOL ;p

Lastly, thanks to the diarrhea and pressure ... my pants seems a bit loose, especially the waistline.;p

There's this instructor that i dun really like. Cos he is quite pretentious when he conduct a class.

Why pretentious? Cos he will suddenly 'possessed' with a Australian ghost whenever he is teaching. I know him quite well. He is just a local boy, never went overseas for wok or studying. But i dunno why he likes to speak English with an Aussie slang.

And i dun really get him whenever he give instruction, becos of the slang as well. I mean he do speak 'normal' English when we hang out. Do i think that the slang makes him looks better? i Dun think so.

I was doing a replacement class at Pavilion last Friday. Since i'm not sure on how the other instructor do the class, so i asked one of the member who i know.

Me : Eh so what is her style huh?

Him : Err.. she is more to hip-hop lo. Sometimes a bit of trance-pop and dance-pop.

Me : Oic. Then do you think my style is considered as dance-pop?

Him : Actually i think yours is more like SLUT-POP lorr. Hahahahaha.

Me : ... ( speechless .. cos deep down inside, i kinda ... agree...lol ;p )


I just broke my own record for doing 14 classes in a week ( last Monday till today ~ 10 own & 4 replacements ). And when i do the replacement, i will steal 1 minute of the time , just to introduce/promote my own class to the members.

I should be feeling tired for having so many classes, but i'm not. Cos i can see the attendance of my classes are getting better and better. Must be the result from my 1 minute promotion. So happy. Cos i felt super productive. :)

Although i always say that i am a vogue person, but i have to admit that sometimes i do things which are tak-vogue at all. I don't really believe in feng shui. I don't care about those silly pantang-larang. And i don't bother to know things about my horoscope or zodiac sign. I don't mind walking under the ladder, i am not scared of black cats, my own birthday is on "13". . .
But there are few things that i insist of doing it ( not sure why ) ...

1. When i go in bed, i must step in my right foot first. Cos i will feel uncomfortable and won't sleep well ( i think lah ) if i accidentally step in using left foot. ( but nowadays even right foot oso i can't really sleep. )

2. When i listen to radio or watching tv, i must set the volume in even numbers ( 18, 20, 22, etc ). It's a habit that i develop dunno since when. Weird right? ;p

3. When i get off from the car, i will switch on the car alarm then off it, then on it and off it, then finally on it. Not that i like to listen to the alarm sound but just make me feel more secure after doing it few times.

4. I will avoid walking near to a tree at night. Something that i started way back during college.. together with friends.

I know i know, vogue person like me ( syok sendiri punye ) should not have weird habits like that. But i just dunno why and how it started...
Do you have any of those silly habit as well?

Found 2 boxes of decorative butterfly from the previous display in my storeroom. Since i'm still looking for the headgear for my theme class ( dress code : colorful ) next week, so i tried to create something with it. And below are the 'ingredients' :

light on Saturdays ...

I am currently obsessed with a new thing, something i redeemed using my credit cards reward points ~ the digital weighting machine. LOL ( so lame right? )

I stepped on the machine whenever i am free ( sometimes more than 5 times a day ), when i wake up, before lunch, after class, before bed, etc. Since i weight myself so often, i kinda know when is the lightest or heaviest day of my body, and it's SATURDAY! ;)

Why? Cos i got 2 classes on Saturdays, and the timing are really odd. So odd that i have no chance to have breakfast or lunch cos need to rush from one gym to another. And also i don't really like to eat before the class. And when i reached home around 5pm ( with nothing in me since morning ), i can't wait to weight myself. And it normally won't disappoint me, to get the ideal weight that i always wanted. Although it's only for one day. ;p

So thats' why i love Saturday so much. Cos it's the day where my wish comes true. :)

Do you know when is the lightest day/ moment for yourself?


p/s : Saturdays used to be my lightest day as well ( maybe 10 years back ). Cos i will eat extremely light during daytime, so that i'll look good when i hit the club at night. LOL.. Those were the days...;p

Finally received my 1st cheque ( yeah, waiting for the 2nd one as well ;p ) from winning the FlyFM's contest few months back. ( Yay! ) But when i look at it closely, DAMN! there's error on my name. Personally i think it was an unacceptable error lor.. I mean guys, do you know how to pronounce the word

I'll have to call them tomorrow to reissue the cheque. Hopefully it won't happen to my 2nd cheque. ;p

Oh by the way, my name on my instructor card also got error. And that name made me looked like Indonesian-Chinese or some Latino. LOL.

I was compiling some songs for my client last night. And it's for a fashion show. Easy right? Just get some upbeat vogue and cat-walky tunes. But the thing is, the guest of honor of the night would be our DPM. So everything has to be polite, friendly, or in another word - FORMAL & CORPORATE ( a.k.a. BORING )

How lah to get vogue when there's so many restriction kan? Now Lady Gaga is definitely out of the picture. Same thing goes to Beyonce, Katy Perry, Kesha, Rihanna, etc. All those RnB songs with lot of cursing, drinking, love-making rap lyrics also out! Too sexy and partyish also out! Too noisy also out! Anything politic or religion related lyrics also out!

Please help me. I need to compile and remix the songs by this weekend. Cos i need to present the song lists for their Chairman's approval by next week. Do you have any songs in mind that are vogue ( suitable for catwalk ) but still presentable to everyone, especially The ONE?


Since i am the director of the fashion show, do you think that it's ok for me to surprise them. By asking the models to do slutty pose at the finale? It's not in the guidelines anyway. LOL ;p

As an instructor, it's very important to encourage and acknowledge member's hard work ( during and after the class ). Sometimes i really want to communicate with them more. But due to my limited or rather powderful England, i normally end the class with the same line :

"Good job and thank you everyone. Hope you enjoyed the class. See you again next time."

It's like a routine for me already to say those lines by the end of EVERY class. I think some of my regulars also expecting that every time.

Say you are a member lah, besides the above lines, what else would you like to hear from the instructor? So that i don't have to use the same line over and over again.
( but try to make it short and easy to remember ya ;p )

I was talking to another female instructor the other day. Then suddenly i noticed something interesting on her t-shirt ( chest area ). So i took a deeper look. She realized that and shouted at me ( of cos joking lah ) :

Her : Weiii, hamsap ! Why you look at my boobs ahh? Sexy issit?

Me : Oh dun get me wrong. I thought i just saw a plane landing. Sorry to disappoint you. ;p



Just to share some funny story on workout attire with you guys.
Still remember “貼身膏藥“? So whenever she attend my class, she will make sure that she change her clothes every class. If she's joining 3 classes back-to-back, then she'll put on 3 different sets. Wether she is sweating or not, lain cerita lah. And most of them are very less-cloth/ skimpy ( ATTENTION : Less Cloth not necessary SEXY, hokay ;p ) Sometimes bareback lah, or low cut deep V. Not to mention the color combinations. ;(

After the class, i always go to the counter and talked to the girls. " I don't mean to be bitchy, but don't you think that she is a bit over?? Just make me wanna slap her more. LOL ;p "

BTW, do you think that we should have fashion police in the gym? ;p

WTF!!??

I totally gave up on them. After 'this' and 'that' incident, i finally got one more and the FINAL reason for me to stop working with them!

Few weeks ago, they commented that my music is not up to date. But when started to use the latest songs, the commented again :
" Your music is more suitable for the young people la. Maybe next time you can use those songs from the eighties."
( Hello, you are the one who asked me to UPDATE my music !!! )

Then the other day, i saw this woman ( mid 40's i think ) in the class who came to the class but didn't really dance. If this happened in the gym, normally the member is either not well or having some back or knee problem. That's why they opt for a lighter exercise. But when i asked her on her reason ( btw, she is very arrogant and not friendly, and old, and ugly, and bitchy, and always complain, and fat, and ..... ) :

Me : Why you didn't do the steps?

Her : Oh, i just don't want to get sweaty ! ( nak maintain vogue yang tak pernah wujud )

I really don't understand. Why bother join a workout class ( to get fitter and healthier ) when you are not ready to get all sweaty? And the best thing is, she always complained that my steps are too simple. Padahal, most of the time she can't follow the steps during the class! And when i see that, i will purposely speed up and create more complicated steps for them. Just to make her more miserable, and for me to enjoy watching her looking miserable and kelam-kabut. ( nikmat nyer tiada terhingga LOL ;p )

So finally, i told that woman on Friday that i will only be working with them till end of the month. Cos i know, the more i work with them, the more pekcek i will be.

Scenario #1 :
There's a new intern in our company. And the girls go crazy about him, cos he is quite cute. So one of the girl dragged me to his office and ask : " Do you think that he's cute? " I only answer with 2 words : "NO CHIN", and broke all the girls' dreams. LOL

Scenario # 2 :
I was at the gym when i saw this guy. Good looking, nice body shape and quite perfect package lah konon ... how i wish i have those kind of qualities. As i was admiring him, he received a sms on his phone. When he lower his head to check on the message, ALAMAK! I finally found something that i do not wish to be like him .. DOUBLE CHIN.;p

Given a choice, you rather be someone with NO CHIN or DOUBLE CHIN?
